I am a 9.5, but I ordered the 10 and it is a perfect fit. I have a little extra room for big socks, but the boots fit great with think socks too. I love this flat sole. They are very comfy!

Im 5’ tall and shoes size 5.5 but I ordered these ones in size 6 just because I like to wear a thicker socks. This tall style is below my knees which is perfect. But if you’re taller you might want to look into a different styles. They’re comfy and fit to true size. I’m in love

Cute and comfy. Ordered up a half size to accommodate a thick sock. Seem to be good. Gift for my daughter, so we will see

These boots are perfect for my needs. I walk a puppy in the rain and my feet stay nice and dry;-) I bought them bigger rather than smaller for ease in getting on and off. Good for splashing in the puddles.

I chose the Hunter Original Play Tall in Kerhuelen Navy, size 8. Upon ordering I was unsure of the wedge-like heel; however, the boots are extremely comfortable and add a bit of height (which I don't mind as I'm 5'3). While the thicker soles make the boots a bit heavy, the vulcanized natural rubber is lightweight and pliable. This material is different from the regular rubber of department store rain boots, but it allows for easy stooping and squatting positions (perfect for outdoor chores, animal care, and gardening) (I'm sure they're easy to spray off as well). While I cannot comment on the longevity of these boots, they seem like they would hold up for a decent amount of time with light to moderate wear; although I question how heavy, long-term wear would impact them. I'm usually between a size 8 and 9 (depending on the shoe). In this case, opting for an 8 was perfect. My feet are flat with bunionettes, so I require a bit of built-in arch support and a wider toe box. Contrastingly, my heels are narrow, making it difficult to find suitable footwear. These boots checked all of the boxes and even fit my orthotic arch supports without smashing my toes to the top of the boots. The height rose a few inches below my knees, which is perfect for trudging through sitting water. Overall, I really liked these rain boots and think they're a great option to check out (Kerhuelen Navy is a pretty blue shade, not really a navy in my opinion). The only reason I sent them back was due to the top opening being so wide. My calves are narrow and the gapping around my legs caused me to worry about rain coming into the boots as I wore them, so I ended up choosing the Ugg Shaye instead.

I wear 8’s and I have big calves. I ordered 8’s. They are a little big with no socks but perfect with socks. And they fit perfectly over my 17” calves. I wish I could wear the tall skinny boot because those are super cute, but these are cute too especially since I don’t have long legs. These were made just for me. :)

First Hunter boot purchase, and I’m very pleased so far. I’m a 7.5, who sometimes ends up 7 in booties and 8 in the occasional sneaker. Despite wanting room for a medium-weight sock, I gambled on the 7s, and the fit is perfect, even with thicker socks. They’re as comfy as I expect a rain boot to be, but they are easy on and off, as well as a great shaft height. I’m 5’4”/small build and normally look ridiculous in knee-high boots. The wedge is a nice change from the standard Hunter look, and the red is a fun, peppy shade. Highly recommend ?

Great fit. Previous boots were impossible to remove. Perfect height and durable with Hunter brand style.

Love them! Easy on and off, the fit is perfect. Since they don’t come in half sizes, I went down to an 8 (typically wear an 8.5) and they are perfect and have enough room to add an insert for arch support. I love them!

Very comfortable, love the length and the very slight wedge heel dresses it up a little.

I absolutely love these boots! I have fairly large calves for a lady and seriously can't even fit into some skinny jeans bc of it, but these boots fit PERFECTLY over my calves while wearing jeans. I wear a size 9.5 and ordered a 9 in this boot based on other reviews, glad I did. Very easy to slide on with no socks for a quick run into the yard to grab muddy dogs but also great with a thick pair of wool socks. Would highly recommend these boots, totally worth every penny, great quality!

size was as advertised. a bit too short for my needs and too wide at top to keep rain out. don't want wet socks.

If I could, I would give it 6 stars for style. Slim, elegant (elegant rubber rain boots, who would have though?) with a wee bit of heel. And super comfortable as well. I love they fit my calf really nicely and yet it’s not hard to take them off. But I have to say, if you don’t plan on wearing these out and about, maybe with a pair of yoga pants, there’s absolutely zero reason to spend so much money on them. I got them for backyard work and I ended up wearing them out on errands a lot more than I planned.

Love these boots! Third time was a charm. The original tall were too tight on my calves and I have average size calves. I then ordered the wide calf boot and they were too big. These are perfect!

Perfect comfort and style.

I love these. The height is just right. I like them better than the short Hunter boot. They keep out the elements while looking stylish. The heel is perfect. I wish their were half sizes but I can put thick socks on and then they are perfect.

Best boots ever! Just wish there were Hunter socks to go with
