Great fit, true to size and comfortable right out of the box.

These are so comfortable. I followed the advice of another reviewer and ordered a half size smaller and they fit perfectly.

These shoe have great arch support and were comfortable as soon as I started wearing them. The color is bright

ALL GRIP. NO SLIP! I normally wear an 8 in running shoes but these felt too big so I went with the 7.5. I have a narrow heel & the fit is not snug around my heel but after vigorous trail running & rock hiking, I didn’t even notice. Arch support feels great but maybe not for those with low/flat arches. They were flexible enough to be aware of the terrain under my feet w/o feeling every pebble. Cushion feels good especially for the forefoot which works for my running style. Comfortable right out of the box. Great grip! I could walk up a steep rock wall with confidence & no slipping going down steep dirt trails. Gonna spend more time off road!

This would be a terrific shoe for narrow feet, but the heel is much too loose, oddly enough. The construction is in-between a minimalist and a hiker.

Loved the look of the shoe -- really so cute !! They are quite stylish with a minimal athletic look so they would be good for European travel when you want to look nice and not wear clunkers. BUT, it's just not the right shoe for me. I agree with another reviewer that they do not help with pronation -- I could see my ankle starting to turn inwards as I tried them in my bedroom. They do have good traction but seem more like a lightweight everyday shoe than an athletic shoe, and I already have travel shoes that fit that category (Dansko) which are more supportive than these. They are also sized differently from other Merrell athletic shoes which I always take in a size 9. The reviews said they run large, so I ordered an 8 1/2 which fit but was a bit too snug for my larger foot. So if you have younger feet than I (70 years old) and do not require a lot of side to side stability, these might be perfect for you. I ended up with the Merrell MQM Flex which is fantastic and fits my needs for great support and traction.

Bought these for the arch support which is great. I usually love my merrells but these aren’t my favorites. They are a little bit loose all of the time and I feel like the inside is kind of slick and like my foot is always moving around. Also the toe box is a little more narrow than I’d like. But I still wear them quite a bit because they do have great arch support and are nice for trails.

Love these with one exception: the groove pattern on the solempicks up small gravel making trail walking a bit of a pain. Otherwise love the look and feel of these. Bought 2 pair!

These shoes are okay. They have moderate cushion and some arch support. I probably needed shoes with a bit more, but I didn't really figure that out until I had worn them for a bit. They are fairly comfortable right off the bat, and the backs of the shoes don't rub my heel like some sneakers.

I read the reviews that said the shoe ran large but since I am between a 10-10.5 I decided to get the 10 anyway. The shoe is nice looking, light weight, and very comfortable. However, it definitely runs big! I have a narrow heel and it does come up a bit in the back but if I wear thick socks it is fine. Aside from that, I really like them!

hesitantly went with the recommended 1/2 size smaller and was happy i did - shoes feel great. 1/2 size smaller was perfect

I really liked the feel and support of these, but couldn’t get them not to slip on my heel even changing how I tied them. And I wanted them for summer walking and golf so didn’t want to try a larger sock. I didn’t think a smaller size would help. But they may be great for you, otherwise would have kept them. I had also bought a Brook trail shoe and it fit me better.
