These LOOK like they are the slide on/toggle lace shoes that Merrill is famous for - but they are not. They are old-fashioned tie-laces that are not conducive to water sports AT ALL. I have returned them and will look to find Olukai shoes that serve this purpose.

Problem is that these are like water shoes. Can see right through netting

These shoes are so uncomfortable. Zero cushy padding and without socks are really uncomfortable

I have had These shoes since April for walking, and haven’t used them everyday. The right shoes has holes at the little toe and a big hole on the inside of the heal. The left shoe has a small hole at the little toe. I definitely do not recommend these shoes. The quality’s is very poor and I won’t be buying this brand again. I expected better!

Unfortunately the toe box was way too big so I had to return them. The rest of the shoe was true to size. I could see right thru the mesh tops so they are definitely not waterproof. There was no waterproof lining. Zappos free shipping and free return policy is great!!!
