Quality is going downhill on these. The interior, rather than being leather, is canvas. This means it'll tear and rip, retiring your shoes early, and also pull against your heel rather than allowing for smooth gliding between the shoe and your heel. Vans didn't used to be like this, and adding a super thin 1/3cm of foam insole isn't enough to fool me.

Material is thinner they don't fit as well and theres a weird elastic bit attaching the tongue to the bottom of the shoe that just gets in the way

Left side fit. Right side could not fit my foot in it lol. If you know sk8 hi 's. Thought I had fakes on. I'm going to try the reg sk8 hi's. Vans I really hope you did not change. This is scary bad.

I got a pair of these from one of their locations that did not fit as comfortably as the other ones. I got a half-size up from what I normally wear that doesn't fit. And I cannot return them because I already attempted to wear them out of the house.

These have got to be some of the worst shoes I have purchased in the last few years. I have owned vans low tops for years and I was excited to get a high top pair for work. A nicer pair. These are somehow too big AND too small at the same time. First off, the laces are too short to fully lace the sneakers. Second, the toe box is so narrow and skinny it compresses my toes from the side and also digs into the top of my foot. However the shoes are too long? There is extra space between my toes and the end of the shoe. In addition, whenever I would take a step my heel would come out! I can not believe how horrible these shoes are. After waiting ELEVEN DAYS for them to get to me, to now have to ship them back is absolutely depressing. I won't be making this mistake again. I'll have to find another brand of high tops.

My child has 2 other pairs of Vans. Both sized 4. I ordered this particular pair & sized up a 1/2 size just to be on the safe side, because they're a different style. My son's foot couldn't get into the shoe. SO- disappointing. Had to ship the return the exact same day we received the shipment.

I bought a pair of classics sk8-hi's at the beginning of the year the suede/leather on the top of one shoe tore apart with in the first month. I decided to give them one more chance with the comfy cush sk8-hi. I'm not impressed.

These fell apart in less than 2 months! The rubber is completely detaching from the shoe. I have owned over 30 pairs of vans and none have ever fallen apart (even when I was a bartender). So disappointed in the quality.

I bought these for work but they don't feel much more comfy than my normal vans. The feel like they are squishing my feet even though I bought the same size as all of my other pairs of vans. I also thought they would be the same as the original vans but these have an elastic part holding the tongue of the shoe to the sides that I was not aware of. It makes the shoe fit awkwardly. The bottoms also feel like foam instead of rubber and based off of other reviews and how they feel I would not skate in these shoes. Definitely getting returned.

I've never had this issue before with any shoe. But with these my feet constantly get saw wearing them. I only wear them when I want to attract the opposite sex. But I do it in pain without noone noticing.

Dont use these for skating. I only went skating for 20 minutes and the outer of the shoe was destroyed. They're made mostly of poor quality foam.

Bought these back in October 2021. Its February 2022 and they are already breaking. Its only my 4th time wearing them! Very disappointed.

I ordered a 7.5 and it was clearly mislabeled as it was at least 2 inches shorter than my other 3 pairs of vans that are size 7.5

I returned these shoes over a week ago along with other items to a different store. Already got my refund from the other places days ago, but still haven't heard about my refund from Vans. No communication that they have received my return or anything. I am getting nervous that I won't be refunded :( Shoes may have been great, but I'm concerned about the company.
