I like the product color/material. Other websites suggested order "normal size." Should have followed Zappo size suggestion as these are way oversize for my feet. Men's 11.

The Hydro Moc itself is great but I ordered "black" and what I received was a black/grey marble with more grey than black.

Great concept, not comfortable. The heel causes blisters on my feet. How tall the heel is causes it to rub my Achilles tendon raw. And this is even with a size larger

Bought them for launching the boat but they are extremely slippery on the boat ramp. I won't be using them for that again. They have worked very well for me going to the pool and also when I power wash the drive and deck.

Had them a while and wore them only 3 times. I just threw them away last week. Wife said they were a bit weird. They had thin bottom and wouldn't recommend for hiking maybe by the pool.

I'm not a fan of the back heal part as I originally thought. To uncomfortable for me.

They're more difficult to get on than crocs. There's a lot more curvature at the toes

I have multiple Merrell boots and shoes in size 11 and just floated in these in 11. Floating might be good in the water but not for shoes. Hoping size 10 works as they look like great shoes for portage/tracking. Same issue with pair ordered for my wife.

There is a design "etched" into the footbed. I suppose it has a purpose, but after a couple days of wearing them with bare feet it became annoying, like when there is something in your shoe you need to knock out. You can see it in one of the product photos, so now I'll know to lookout for that.

I bought these a month and half ago. They are extremely comfortable and easy on/off. As someone who is on their feet all day these were helpful. Only reason for the three star rating is the heel of them is already worn down to no tread left. Compared to crocs these more comfortable but don't have the tread life.

Bought these three different times and finally got the right fitting size. Then I wear them throughout the day and I have a gash on the back of my heel. Maybe I need two different size shoes but I'm guessing the next design of this moc will be better seeing all the complaints on the reviews similar to mine. One afternoon folks of brief walking and I probably wont wear them again and I wont be refunded. Oh well, I've seen better

This moc is very comfortable, but it's too wide to be worn barefoot (as would be necessary in wet crossings). It simply fits too loose on width for hiking.

They slip around quite a bit when they are wet, making it hard to walk. But they are great when they are dry. There needs to be some kind of grip on the inside for when your feet are wet.

I like the look, the color choices, and the rubbery material of the Hydro Mocs. Be careful deciding which size to order. I ordered one size down from my usual, and my toes on the right foot are hitting the front of the toe box, while the left foot has plenty of space to slosh around in. Don't know how I could have done better though.

Not bad for a comfort shoe. Plenty of room to move toes around. Vents foot really well. Had to cut the heel part cause it caused blisters at the tendons and bled. Until I did, I use bandages for immediate relief and protection.

I was initially very exited about these shoes. They seemed great for when I take my kayak out, and days at the lake or river. Size I was displeased when I received my first pair because they were much too big. I'm a size 9 1/2, and per the company's recommendations, I ordered a the half size down (a size 9). This ended up being too big to be practical. So I returned them and ordered a size 8. I was more satisfied with the 8's but felt they were still a little to big. My main worry was that they would slip off while swimming. In the field I took them to a friends farm and wore them in the nearby creek. Since these are marketed as water shoes I thought this would be the perfect field test. While I was concerned about the shoes coming off due to the loose fit they seemed to hold up. However; because there is so much room in the shoe I found my feet slipping all around the inside while I was walking down the creek. Getting a solid footing was difficult and I ended taking baby steps because I was afraid of slipping. This shoe did not give me a lot of confidence while walking in the water. Extended use I wore them again last week to another friends house. He lives near a river, so naturally I wore my Hyrdo Mocs to take them for another spin. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the river. I noticed the back of shoes starting to dig into my ankles. By time I had walked back to his house the shoes had rubbed away all the skin where they meet the ankle. This is my biggest complaint about these shoes. I still have the scabs 5 days later, and it makes the shoes very impractical and uncomfortable. Final thoughts These shoes are great for around the house, watering the garden, slipping on to pick up some food at a drive through, or any other activity where you aren't walking a lot. You should consider some other shoes for any sort of activity where you're going to be walking for more than 10-15 minutes, otherwise they will start to become very uncomfortable. *I was not wearing socks in any of these situations. Wearing socks may change your experience considerably, but may also compromise the intended use for the shoe.

Shoe has good arch support and is well made for this type of shoe. The heal of this shoe did rub a hot spot (pre blister) on my heal. Will give them another try soon. Also, the foot-bed area is a smoother and seems like it may cause the foot to slide a little inside when wet. I kinda like the little nubs that you find in the Cro... shoes that help with this. Add this to yours and reduce the heal height a tad and you'll have winner.

These were great out of the box until I had them on for a while. Their biggest benefit over crocs is that they have a heel cap. That is also their downfall unfortunately. Two hours in and I have skin coming off of my heel on both feet from where the top of the shoe rubs. Bummer.

I believe this is probably the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. unfortunately it is at least one size too big. I purchased it for kayaking and as soon as I stepped in the water with it it was like I slipped on eggs or banana peel. There is no traction inside the shoe or the bottom. Unfortunately I really couldn't give this shoe a good rating, being I ordered it and it took so long with covid I don't even want to return it Ps your water sandals are great

Love the look but the Hydro Moc is a disappointment. First, the size runs big. I take an 11.5 in a Merrell hiking boot but a 10 in the Hydro Moc. Worse, the 10 is a bit too small for me and the 11 too large. Unfortunately, Merrell doesn't offer half-sizes in the Moc. As to comfort, the Moc is essentially a hard plastic with little to no give and I have found it to be not particularly comfortable.

I used the recommendations on the website to size up rather than down if I'm usually a half size. Did that, but that resulted in a shoe that was much larger than I expected and I'll have to return it for a smaller size. Would love to give a better/higher review, but I can't wear them right now.

Wish they offered smaller sizes since it runs bigger. I want the men's green Hydro moc but their smallest size is a men's 7.

Almost unbearable to walk any distance further than the mailbox. Had raw heels and ankles after a short walk, the tread is also very slippery in water. Would not recommend. They look cool though
