These are my universal pants. One of my pair has been through at least 1000 trail miles and a couple seasons of bouldering, and I still wear them to the office on casual days. They breath well enough to sleep in during warm weather, even after you've been wearing the same pair for weeks. You can wash them in a sink and they'll drip dry in a few hours, or you can just wring them dry and wear them until they dry. Since they breath so well, this is not so unpleasant as it would be in some other pants. They stretch more than I do, so range of motion has never been a problem. As for durability, they pass the two harshest tests I have. 1.) Repeatedly dragging my body while mantling, with keys in my front pocket, at a climbing gym with sharp new walls, and 2.) a week or more of sitting on granite rocks with keys zipped in the back pocket. In neither case do I get holes in the fabric.

The thigh pocket is too small for a phone or anything much bigger than a pack of gum.

Hiking Glacier Park mid September in both rain and cloudy weather. Great fit, wonderful pockets with good size right thigh pocket; easily fits iPhone. Miss a zippered back pocket but not a deal breaker for me. Great fit, waist and inseam, true to size. Give these pants a careful evaluation; you won't be sorry.

So lightweight I barely feel them on me. My wife and I both have them and both love them. Great for adventuring, climbing, and everyday use.

Love the Ferossi collection. These seem a little roomier in the legs than the last pair I bought, but the quality & comfort is exactly what I've come to expect from OR. I've put my last couple pairs through the wringer; hiking, backpacking, climbing, you name it. Durability is surprisingly strong, and they look good enough to wear to the office!

I like these pants a lot. I have a few pairs now. My only problem with them is that the fabric pills after a few washes, which doesn't affect them, just the looks. These are my go to pants for hiking, Search and Rescue, and other adventures. They also work well for everyday casual wear.

I used these pants as part of my uniform in Chicago. These rock!! They are light weight, super comfortable. The side pocket is great for cell phones/water bottle

Best fitting hiking pants I've worn. They are so comfortable from the beginning of the day until the end. They look great whether walking around in the woods or in the city. I can't get over how comfortable they are. The pockets are big almost too big things can fall out of your pocket if moving in weird ways. The side zipper pocket is great for a wallet or keys or passport when traveling. The material feels great I'd wear these over my favorite jeans any day.

These pants came highly recommended by a friend. I happy I took his advice! These pants are supper versatile and durable. They are a staple in my backpack. The size was true, and they were very comfortable. They dry supper fast, and stand up to a lot of abuse.

The Ferrosi pants are fantastic. I used them on a long trek through a forrested valley and across the alpine. The sun was piercing hot but these pants were the best I have ever had in those conditions. Despite being super light, they also turned out strong when going through trees, over trees and under trees on my knees. And of course, no mosquito can get through. To boot they are now my favourite travel pants on a long haul flight.

Great pant, so happy they come in the longer inseam. Draw elastic around the cuffs allows you to tighten the legs so they don't drag when you don't have shoes on. I knew a 33" inseam so this feature is nice to have. I also have the voodoo pant and these are definitely lighter weight. Very comfortable in warmer weather to keep the mosquito off your legs. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable. I was looking for some light but smart enough trousers to wear for working indoors and outdoors during the summer. They are a great fit, very comfortable and ideal in the heat and humidity.

I have to agree with others about no zippers on the pockets, my old pair are perfect, these...NOT good. I would recommend them to a friend, if zippers on pockets are not important. Certainly won't use these when I travel

Wore these on a ocean tour in Alaska. They really do block the wind. Was very surprised. Brought a base layer to wear underneath just in case, but it wasn't necessary. Highly recommend.
