So comfortable, and with the spring and bounce of a road shoe. So it surprised me to be able to start on the pavements without jarring my knees, but for it to work as a proper trail shoe on light trails, mud and grit. I'd stick to my Speedcross 4s for proper rocky hills and fells, but this Sense Ride is much better for me for runs right from my front door. Grip-wise I felt secure and stable, and it feels really light for an effortless and efficient toe-off springyness! I've got wide flat penguin feet, so I don't always get on with Salomon's narrow and tight, light fit, but these had a nice roomy toebox.

I've never had an allegiance to any brand of shoes until I tried these. Incredibly comfortable on road or trails, and very durable. The lacing system makes adjusting the fit on the fly super easy, and you never have to worry about your laces coming undone! I'm a salomon wearer from here on out!

Wygodny lekki but na trening i na zawody. Dobrze trzyma stop i radzi sobie nawet na bocie. Dobrze oddycha.

si il y a une chaussure a prendre dans son sac, c'est celle ci... tous terrains, chemins,route, cailloux, boue, elle sait tout faire... et un super amorti avec le fit salomon.

Ran about 75 miles in these and the ride is great and the traction is perfect.

I had been a Speedcross loyalist and switched to the Sense Ride for the wider fit. The difference is fantastic. If you found Salomon shoes to be too narrow, this is the answer.

The title says it all. These are not my go-to shoes after previously running in the Salamon Ultras. These fit well although I would recommend to size up 1/2 size for for a longer ultra.

Simple, fast and fits great.. I have been through 3 sets training for my first 50k and I really like them. Just a super comfortable shoe, I don't have a single issue with the way the shoe feels which is a first. In fact I have recommended them to multiple friends. They do however wear out quick.

I've put just over 250 miles on this shoe and it has become one of my favorites. I've been especially impressed at how well then have held up. I run 85% on trails, some of which are very rocky and they currently have far fewer signs of wear on the tread and mesh than I would expect. While I enjoyed past versions of the Sense Mantra, the low drop of those shoes did not suit my stride very well, which was why I was excited to give the Sense Ride a try. Initially these shoes felt quite firm underfoot, as I was used to a more plush shoe, and they actually made my feet fairly sore the first time I used them. However, after the first week my feet had no problem logging 50 mile weeks in them. The fit is a little larger (in my opinion a quarter US size) than some of the other salomon shoes (specifically for me the Sonic Pro, Speedcross 3 and Sense Mantra), which seemed mainly due to a wider toe box. Even though I may have been able to go half a size down they still fit quite nicely.

Good shoe, nice balance of cushion, weight, traction. I recommend it.

Great shoe! I don't notice the relatively high heel drop, and the conch laces provide a secure and confident fit.

I've run approx. 600 km in them and they are really great running shoes. Quicklaces works perfectly. I do appreciate they are really versatile meaning usable on hard/road surfaces as well as on trails. With that being said they are not performing well (obviously) in muddy terrains.

Just what I wanted and hoped this shoe would be. I have a low volume foot and pronate quite a bit. This shoe fits like a sock around my foot and the heel cup cradles my heel snugly to keep me in a good comfortable position. I personally love the speed laces and the little keeper pocket as I run through a lot of sage country and this keeps laces from getting snagged. Great traction for the loose dirt trails I run on, but not so aggressive that I can't use it on pavement occasionally too. Just enough drop and cushion for longer distances, but not so much as to create instability or ankle roll. I feel super secure and confident in these shoes and highly recommend them. I may use them this spring for a trans-Zion wog as they are also very breathable.

This shoe is a Beast and by far the best shoe in my line up. I own many others and still keep coming back. Strong and durable yet plush. This shoe packs quite a bang for the buck. Loving the Vibe!!!

J'ai achet? ces nouvelles chaussures et j'en suis ravi. Tr?s bon d?roul?, la chaussure n'est pas raide et laisse le mouvement naturel du pied, tr?s bonne sensation m?me lors des descentes techniques. Le serrage est toujours aussi pratique et efficace, la languette est suffisamment ?paisse pour ne pas blesser. La SENSE RIDE n'a pas peur des kilom?tres ! Les crampons sont peut ?tre un peu faible mais reste ? voir l'usure dans le temps. Au global, tr?s bonne note, je ne regrette pas mon achat et il est possible que je r?it?re cet achat !
