Had the Mission's which are a great shoe and the Sense is even better. A bit more stable and lighter.

J'ai achet ces nouvelles chaussures et j'en suis ravi. Trs bon droul, la chaussure n'est pas raide et laisse le mouvement naturel du pied, trs bonne sensation mme lors des descentes techniques. Le serrage est toujours aussi pratique et efficace, la languette est suffisamment paisse pour ne pas blesser. La SENSE RIDE n'a pas peur des kilomtres ! Les crampons sont peut tre un peu faible mais reste voir l'usure dans le temps. Au global, trs bonne note, je ne regrette pas mon achat et il est possible que je ritre cet achat !

I'm just about to crest 50 miles in these shoes and I feel I've put them in all sorts of scenarios to write a worthy review. I did a wear test of these shoes earlier in the summer and wasn't entirely sold on them. They felt great, but didn't drain too well. Central Texas is hot and humid in the summer, so I delayed on purchasing them to use as more of a fall/winter shoe. Since I've received them, I've ran them on a variety of terrain (jagged rocks, smooth crushed granite, grass/XC course, road to trail transistion, mud, and sand - yep, we have it all in central Texas!). I believe this is a great, all-around trail runner that is able to handle a hard, short run or go the long mile. Comfort, protection, strength, durability, confidence-inspiring, and light-weight are how I would describe these shoes. I'm glad I bought these shoes and plan to run them all winter. When summer rolls around, though, I'll have to find something that drains better. But, for now, I'm really enjoying the miles tick by in these shoes. I think they fit true to size, others suggest sizing up half a size. Having had problems before from other running shoes being too small, I'd err on the side of a half size bigger in you're unsure. Whatever you do, when you get these on your feet, remember to run fast and take chances!

Ein sehr guter allround Schuh, der auf jedem Untergrund funktioniert. Die etwas ausgeprgtere Dmpfung macht sich positiv bemerkbar, ohne den Kontakt zum Boden einzuschrnkenen. Der beste Salomon Schuh, den ich bisher gelaufen bin.

I bought the new Sense Ride and out of the box to the trail was an incredibly short break-in period. They are built as described with nice cushion and feel for the trail. My first run was a 7-miler along hardpack trail with some rocks and roots and the Sense felt great, just as if I'd been wearing them for months. Really happy with the purchase. The Fiery Red color is super bold and great color for the woods.

I tested a pair of these shoes at a local trail run where a rep was letting us demo them. I loved the shoes and bought a pair. I'm so glad I did! Love them!

Super Passform, sehr guter Grip vorallem bei trockenen Verh?ltnissen. Nur bei groben Ger?ll k?nnte der Schuh mehr Schutz vertragen.

after about 100 miles, these have become my go-to trail shoe. Super comfy, roomy fit and a bit more supportive than the other sense shoes I've tried. Winner.

My running coach, Max King (a Salomon runner) suggested I tried this shoe. And I love it! On top of many training trail runs, I have used it in two trail ultras, the OCC of the UTMB group in the French/Swiss Alps (under major rain all day), and the Vermont 50-Miler (under major heat all day). The Sense Ride never disappointed, being sturdy yet light, with good grip on most surfaces (iffy on wet rocks, but then so are most shoes), and very comfortable for long trail runs. No blisters at all, and a fast drying action. I'm over 200 miles on this pair and it's still going strong after all the abuse, apart form some wearing on the outer fabric. It's also cheaper than other Salomon shoes, making it even more attractive. I'm buying a new pair soon.

I've had these shoes for a few weeks now and am surprised by how much I love them! They have quickly replaced my loved and well used Speedcross 3's. The fit is excellent and the toebox feels roomier then the Speedcross, and these are incredibly comfortable! I've run around 50-60km in them including a half-marathon trail race and there is almost zero break-in time. I've even run in them on the road getting to the trailhead and they were surprisingly great...if the tread doesn't wear down they'd actually bee great road shoes as well. Do not hesitate, pick a pair up! Absolute winners from Salomon!

I have had these shoes for six weeks. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever osned. They feel very very light. Incredible shoe for walking or Running.

Bought for clocking winter miles on trails/roads. Lightweight, comfortable, quality feel!

Son las terceras que compro de este modelo. La zapatilla es de muy buena calidad, no se nota mucho el desgaste con el uso, pero la suela si la usas en zonas de asfalto dura poco.

Utilises sur sentiers / singles techniques / pierriers. Les + = Confort : Mousse confortable, pas de pression au niveau du chausson (tops pour les pieds larges comme moi) Dynamisme : lgre et ractive Scurit : Bon maintien + adhrence les - = Adaptes pour des singles rapides mais une fois arriv sur des zones trs techniques avec des pierres, trous & irrgularits, la paire montre quelques faiblesses cause de sa souplesse et sa mousse confortable Trs satisfait de cette paire, mme si j'viterai les parcours ultra techniques et rocailleux, mais on ne peut pas avoir une chaussure tant confortable que robuste. Merci Salomon pour cette chaussure trail !

I wanted to try these since they were marked down and highly rated. Lightweight and well cushioned, but way to roomy in the forefoot for me compared to other Salomons of the same size. Also not as supportive as I would like for technical running, but still overall a very good shoe.

I bought these shoes as of October 5, 2019. I was very impressed with the tread as well as the design of the shoe, excluding the laces. The laces were terrible, on the fifth month of wearing these shoes, the laces frayed. Other than the laces, everything else was outstanding.

Je rach?terai sans aucun doute la m?me paire.

I'm usually an 8 - these are a little wide and are quite long. Wide I can deal with as my feet are slightly narrow. Length-wise, though, I wish I would have went with a 7.5. Other than that, they were incredibly comfortable right out of the box. The cord-lock lacing took all of 5 seconds to figure out. Grip is outstanding on wet or dry pavement and on the trail. I have a mid foot strike; comfort under the fore foot has been top notch. I have about 45 miles on these over the past two weeks.
