Like many of the reviews mention, this shirt is VERY shiny. That being said, the sweat wicking and sun protection are what I was was looking for. I don't mind sparkling on my daily walks and will likely buy a few more in different colors.

I bought this shirt because I was going to visit my daughter who lives in Miami. I needed a shirt which would keep me covered as I was out. I wore it on a day we rented citibikes. It was almost 90 degrees this day and honestly it kept me cool and protected as I rode! When we stopped I asked my daughter if she could see any sweat stains and she said none! After we got back home I ordered a couple more for this upcoming summer in Chicago.

I saw this shirt and wanted it because of the color. I was shopping at the Columbia shop in Alabama and didn't have the shirt in my size so ordered it when I got back home. I am 154 lbs and 5'3 and needed a large but arms are long on me but fixed the problem by hemmed the bottom of the sleeves. Came out fine.

I live in Albuquerque and I ride my bike and hike or walk daily. I always wear a shirt with SPF and all are from Columbia. So far, this is hands down my favorite. I feel cool all over when I wear it--no hot spots from the sun beating down on my shoulders or back. However, the highest temps we have had so far are only in the 80s. Haven't hit the 90s yet. Also, people are constantly stopping us to ask about the shirt because it looks so different. I have three shirts now; the first was medium which fits great but I wanted a looser fit so I got large in the next two. I am 5'4" 165lbs. My husband wears the men's medium--he is 5'10" 200lbs. Shirts wash well--I use gentle cycle, cold water, detergent only--no softeners. Highly recommend.

The Medium size was exactly as described and fits so well. The material is soft, slightly stretchy and also with an attractive sheen. I love the fit of the shirt--it is so comfortable and the sleeves are long enough (unlike so many long-sleeve shirts I've gotten. I like the shirt well enough that I'm back to order more!

These shirts really work!

This shirt fits true to size and is insanely comfortable even in the Florida heat and sun. I don't know if it is the reflections factor or the breathability of the fabric (or both) but I can fish in this all day long. Even if I'm not fishing I almost always wear this as a cover up boating or hanging out on the dock.

Great shirt for coverage without being snug, sleeves are extra long, good for exercise

I bought this for a friend, hope she loves it as much as I do mine. I have the deflector "sparkle" shirts in all styles and love each of them. I also have given everyone in my family one or more. The wind goes through the fabric but not the sun, so they're not hot. I use these for all day outdoor events with no sunscreen and no sun tan on the covered parts of me at all. Also a great help for gardening without sun damage. The sparkley finish works so don't let it stop you from buying!

True fit. Comfortable and did reflect the sun to keep me cooler.

A friend recommended this for a tennis SPF top It is perfect!! I don't know why Colombia hides it in fishing gear. And, I wish they had more colors. It moves well on the court and is not as warm as other SPF shirts.

I love the PFG line of clothes for sun protection. This shirt is even more light-weight and keeps me much cooler compared to other PFG shirts.

Excellent quality, sun protection and comfort. Fits true to size. My niece wanted mine, so I bought her one too. Perfect for long days in the sun.

I loved the color that transcends from sunburst to azure sea, plus a sheen. It lifts my mood and it fits well, comfortable and most importantly keeps the sun rays out and off, now that the atmosphere is so compromised, that the rays are to be avoided.

This is the absolutely best t-shirt to deflect sun and protect your skin. It's also light weight, breathable, comfy and functional. I own it in many different color variations.

Fit to size, I ordered size XS. they worked great for me in temperatures of mid fifties, here in the Northeast

I love this shirt! Lightweight and perfect for my walks with my dogs on cooler days. Not sure how well it will work on hot days but I haven't tried it yet so can't comment on it. I like the slight shimmer it has, I don't think it is bright as some people have reported. I am 71 and wear a medium, the shirt fits fine.

Super light weight sun protection long sleeve shirt. It runs slightly bigger and XS fits me perfectly. (I'm 5'00"/110lbs/34F)

Love it but, it seems grey in the picture. The bottom matches more with blue. Other than that..great shirt.
