I have several of these shirts in assorted colors for keeping the sun off me when I'm outdoors. The fabric is shiny but soft, and the color is fun. I wear it to work in the yard and on my daily 6 mile walks.

Cool and comfortable for walking in the morning in SoCA. I get very hot when exercising and this shirt keeps the sun off my previously over exposed skin. Breezes filter through fabric and keep me from over heating. The shirt is shiny, but I don't care. The color is cheerful, and I receive compliments. I bought a small. It is not tight, and I like the longer length. 5"6", 130lbs.

I saw someone wearing this shirt and had to get one! It is super cute and super soft. Already wore it on the boat and I remained nice and cool all day. I am 36D and the medium fit perfectly.

By far my favorite shirt for sun and the heat. Extremely comfortable and attractive.

I love these shirts. They are comfortable when the weather is warm...Just make sure you size so it is a loose fit. I think this makes it cooler and easier to move in. I can wear a medium in most items and always size up to a large in a sun shirt.

I've read reviews that mention the weird shiny dots and mermaid appearance. Let me say that it could be even shinier and I'd love it. I also get so many compliments when I have these on. A total of 3 of these and two of the hooded version. Regarding function, can't be beat. I can wear these all day in intense heat and even the tiniest breeze will come through and after a full day in the sun you can't even tell, they're that good. I've use mine for boating, biking, managing our acreage and all day eventing. With the booney hat I'm covered!!

I own several long sleeve PFG sun shirts, and had my eye on one of these ombre/gradated coloring ones. I must have totally missed in the description(?), but it has a shiny/shimmery finish to it? I don't mind at all, it still fits identical and breathes the same, I just wasn't expecting that! They tend to run slightly large but I prefer loose sun shirts.

Need this in every color...if you're undecided, just get it already! They're amazing

Bought for mule ride down to Phantom Ranch in the Grand Canyon. Shirt is a bit shiny, but the deflective properties kept me cool and comfortable in areas up to 130 degrees along the ride. Very happy with performance.

I wore this one when we went to hike Mt. baker. It was shiny summer day, but I felt cooler and very comfortable all day. I'm 5.2 ft and 110 pounds. XS is perfect for me. Recommended!

I bought 2 of the PFG Tidal Deflector Shirts and I love them. They really do keep you cool, especially when there is a breeze. Will buy more shirts.

I've worn Columbia collared fishing shirts before, but this was my first pull-over fishing shirt. And I love it, even though I rarely use it for fishing. However, I use it for everything else - hiking, walking, kayaking. It's comfortable and quick-drying. I guess the only negative is the length of the sleeves. Does anybody that wears a size small actually have arms that long?? Otherwise, I'm happy as a clam with this shirt. In fact, I've since ordered two more.

Second order for same shirt ! Feels great, protects me on bike rides & outdoor activities from our sunny FL weather. I wash on gentle cycle,it line dries quick for another round out in the hot and humid weather!

Love this shirt. Great for walking on hot sunny days. Would buy another if they still had one. I have the hooded one also but save that for the cooler temperatures.

This shirt worked perfectly! We spent the whole day out on the river and I did not get burned. It is light weight and breezy, never got to hot wearing it.
