These boots are a beauty. They fit so perfectly and are true to size. Order half a size up if you intend on wearing it with thick socks. I ordered half a size up, and I can wear them year round with thin and thick socks as per the weather. The 6 inch boots were a little too high for me so I order the Nellie instead and I'm extremely pleased with my decision.
These boots are comfortable, lightweight, warm and waterproof. They can be worn year round.

My father in-law brought me my first pair when I was expecting back in 1995. Still wearing them, still comfortable, still waterproof. Slightly beat up, but not ready to replace them. :)

Not your old Timbs! I have not worn this brand for over 15 years! Years ago , owned a pair, husband brought for me. They were stiff and took long time to break in.
I did wear for years. However , have not gone back to the brand for the above reasons.
I noticed the shorter version and read reviews. They are not the Timbs, I remember. Comfy right out of box. Wore them all day, and I forgot I had them on.
Not the heavy feeling , I was dreading , or stiffness and break-in period , which I was also not looking forward too . Very happy with The New Woman’s Timberlands!

I purchased these boots a month ago, but I just pulled them out of the box and wore them for the first time today! I LOVE these shoes!! They are so comfortable, and super cute. I initially just had to go to the supermarket today for groceries, but I found myself going to 3 different EXTRA stores, just to show off my boots! They are so comfortable right out of the box, and so cute! Absolutely no break- in necessary. I'll be ordering at least 2 more pair as backups.

I bought these boots because I wanted something I could wear for a variety of outdoor activities. I like camping and hiking but I also needed a durable boot for working on my land - currently putting in a new fence and my feet have felt comfortable and protected while doing so.
I would only point out I have a very high arch and need to put my Superfeet insoles in - but I have to do that with most of my shoes and boots. If you have an average arch you should be fine.
