These shoes are great. I just do not need the wide width

These are great, and pretty.

I have tried many brands to help support my low arches and these shoes feel great! I wear orthotics, and they fit nicely in the shoe. Even with the orthotics, I still need a sturdy shoe to use on the elliptical. They also have great cushion for my heel. The only issue was they run 1/2 size too small.

The shoes run true to size and width. I bought them in a wide width which is a must for me. The shoes are very light weight. They are perfect for the classes I take at the gym.

These are so comfy and I feel they fit true to size! I've only worn them for errands so far but I feel they will be comfortable for outdoor walking. They are also super stylish and the colors are as shown in the pictures!

Omg these are by far the best fitting shoes I’ve ever owned!! I am a big big new balance fan and this style of shoe does not disappoint!!! I feel like I’m walking on clouds!

Thank you Zappos for the 30 day walking test on these shoes. Although they seemed comfortable when I tried them on and walked a little bit in the house, it wasn't until I walked in the neighborhood that I realized I found the perfect walking shoe for me! Love them! Worth every penny! Without the test walking offer I might have missed these great shoes.

Very comfortable shoes...and an easy exchange when the first pair I ordered did not fit comfortably.

Size was 1/2 too small, so I went up a bit. The fit was good. But the comfort for “my” back problem didn’t work. I’m sure others would say they were pretty comfortable.

Opened box, put them on, good to go!

I have small feet so the only please to get shoes is ZAPPO's. I bought these shoes to address heel pain and these fit the bill.

I love new Balance, but this fits small. I am usually a 7, but would need a 7.5. Great support and feel but seems narrower than I'd expect, so I had to return it. I think its worth trying out though based on the amount of support and the feel to it.

All of my New Balance shoes are a size 11. I ordered this shoe in an 11 and it feels more like a 101/2. They did not have an 11 1/2 so I tried for a 12, but it is too big. I had to return both.

Amazing shoes!!! I used them for a trip to Iceland (so a lot of walking and hiking). I love them! My favorite shoes.

I'm a server at a fast pace restaurant and these shoes are perfect for support and comfort!! They fit perfectly and are lightweight!! Actually thinking about ordering me a 2nd pair!!

I ordered two pair of shoes but the other pair was perfect and this one had less arch support so I returned it. It was still a nice shoe, the other fit me better.

I think I like them? I wish arch support was better, but I plan to get inserts anyway. The fit seems surprisingly good. I can never find a pair of shoes that really fit. I'll need to continue trying them out before I feel sure, but so far, I'm really headed that direction! I have wide feet. I normally wear 6.5 wide but went with 7 to be sure I'd have a little extra room since the nail on my 2nd toe from the outside has been getting damaged in recent times by shoes that "fit" --but Don't! These really seem like they're going to work and I'm so glad! There seems to be ample room in the box of the shoe. Yea! I'm only wishing I got a brighter color, so, I might exchange.

These shoes are very comfortable and feel like they’ve got some cushion under my foot - very similar to the shoes I got from the New Balance store for $150 but these were half the price. I entered in the search feature the model number of the shoes I owned (and had worn out) and that’s how I found some that were similar to the ones I already had. Great shoes for a person who does a lot of walking.

These are super comfy and look great! They are a nice soft material and don't crowd my wide feet-- very spacious toe box.

I had forgotten that I always need 1/2 size larger in NB. Normally, I wear a 7 but had to return these for the 7 1/2.
