I usually wear and 8W in New Balance. I ordered the 8.5W and they were a little too short so I’m exchanging for the 9W. We’ll see. I like the color.

I returned them. Of course Zappos was great and made the return really simple, the shoes were just not for me. They have very little arch support, and they roll onto the toe so much so that I almost tripped a couple times. Just not the right style running shoes for me.

Walked 3 miles on the treadmill to try these out. No cushion, no support. I thought about keeping these for style and not exercise, but the thought of even walking around town in these was not pleasant. I would not recommend.

The arch support in these seemed to be in the wrong spot, although the sizing was correct. Unfortunately, they had to be returned.

Love the style, but ordered 1/2 size up, and still too small.

This shoe didn't quite feel like other New Balance 680s in the same size that I have run in before - my foot pushed over the side over the sole of the show on the outside in a way that others in the past haven't. Maybe it was just this one pair or maybe it is just a different older/newer make of the shoe. Color combo was cute.

I usually wear a size 7W but order 7 1/2 W so I can put my orthotic in the shoes. After casual use my big toes were rubbing the tip of shoe, yet width was fine. I tried cutting my toenails as short as possible but that did not help. Need to return these.

I have bunions and crooked toes so I liked that the toe box was simple and wide with no seams. BUT the inside was rock hard with no cushioning whatsoever. I don’t see how anyone can wear these shoes. Returned.

I have the same sneaker in the Summer Fog, they feel better then these black ones. For some reason the black ones feel narrow even though they are marked wide.

After reading other reviews, I purchased these a half size larger than my typical size. But, they were still too small. The problem seems to be not length, but vertical height in the toe box. The cloth is too close to the sole of the shoe, so there is no room for your toes. I like the style, but they must go back.

Did not feel like a Wide width

This shoe runs small...length wise. The width is fine, however.

These shoes are nothing but foam and some fabric mesh . No arch support no medial or lateral support and definitely not good for anything but looking nice and then they are mediocre. I'm very disappointed. Sending them back.

Cute shoe. Very small.

Same size as my last pair, v.5, but at least 1/2 inch shorter....could see that holding them sole to sole. Bad job by New Balance. Shoes returned.

So disappointed, though I usually wear a 91/2, ordered size 10 based on reviews I read, they were still too small.

I often purchase New Balance because I have problem feet. But unfortunately I had to return these since the width was not wide enough. I use wide sneakers now and these run narrow even if marked "wide."

Too tight and no toe box

these shoes fit but the outer edge of my foot hangs over the sole and there is NO arch support, in fact the insole is like paper. very disappointed i am returning them

Sent them back. Fit not comfortable

Very stylish. Fit was perfect. Walked in them for awhile. They’re hot, clunky, and uncomfortable. Couldn’t wait to get them off and back in the box.

Fit and size were true to form. I have purchased nothing but New Balance shoes for the last 18 years and have worn them daily until they wore out. Don't know where these shoes were manufactured but the materials that were used were definitely different. This is the first pair I have ever had a problem with foot odor the first week of wear. Might understand if I normally had a problem with foot odor, but I don't. Will try another New Balance model to see if there is still a problem. For this reason, giving this shoe a poor rating. Hate to say it, may be leaving New Balance.

I must say that I have depended on New Balance shoes for years. I have terrible arthritic feet but had always found NB that I could wear in comfort. When I saw this style and read the reviews I was overjoyed because the shoes were cute and colorful. I ordered a half size larger in wide width as some reviews suggested. I could barely get them on with the thinnest if sox, I could hardly stand in them and over pronated to a large degree. The length was OK, but width was to narrow. There was a wide width tag on the shoe so guess I received the right shoes. I am dissapointed that I can no longer count on NB. I have to wear athletic shoes all the time and would love to have some that are colorful and a little fashionable looking. Will have to try other brands as the last few pairs of NB have not been ideal. as usual Zappos service and help are wonderful and I have nothing but good things to say about Zappos. With my difficult feet and many try-ons and returns you never let me down. Thank you for your patience!

Usually New Balance is my go to shoe for work. I am an elementary school teacher and am on my feet on concrete floors all day. Unfortunately these shoes did NOT have the support that I expect from New Balance. I had to return these. :(
