I wanted a bag for traveling that was lightweight, not too ugly, could hold all my cameras, maps, notebooks, etc. I really wanted to like this bag--I like the material, the quality and the colors, but I don't understand why they can't make the side pockets big enough for a water bottle---just a another centimeter or so would have done it! Also the top zip is curved back on itself, making the inside less accessible to quickly reaching in. Not a bad bag, but definitely too expensive for not being perfect.

The fabric is beautiful on this bag. The top zippier did not open wide enough to easily put items into the bag. I returned it for this reason

This was a really nice looking bag, but they just need to make those end pockets fit a water bottle. I can't believe how hard it is to find a bag intended for travel that doesn't have this. Just a few more centimeters would do it! For the price it needed to be perfect and sadly, it wasn't.

Just wanted to let users know that the side pockets do stretch with use. I was able to fit water bottles in comfortably after a few days.

This was my first experience with a Baggalini tote and I have to say it was amazing throughout my entire vacation! It has just the right amount of pockets and zippers for my very organized brain! Traveling with my family I am often asked to hold random items throughout the day and this bag which I thought to be too small initially kept everything in place! I was also surprised at how comfortable the strap was whether wearing it crossbody or just on my shoulder. I would highly recommend -even if you’re not into organization- this will easily make your trip worry free! Can’t wait to use it again!

I have three of this exact model. I put my nutritional drinks in portable water bottles on the sides and my phone (iPhone Plus) where I can zip it and the other one for my masks. Inside pockets and zippers are handy and the wristlet can keep my pens and lipstick from the bottom of my purse. The inside has enough room for my large wallet organizers.

I did a lot of searching before I purchased this bag for upcoming touring and travelling. This bag is just perfect for me. Despite the name, this bag is of medium size, and unlike some other 'hobo' type of bags, it is easy to open the zipper and reach in while wearing it. External pockets-front and back- and the deep external phone slot are great for my needs. Enough room and organizational pockets inside for me; I like to use my own wallet, so the few card slots in the RFID wristlet pouch are enough. The wristlet could be a bit bigger since I don't think my iphone plus and my passport would both fit at the same time. Fabric has a nice look and feel. Good selection of colors, but I stuck with the practical black.

I am so in love with the large hobo bag. I use it when I go shopping downtown to hold all of my purchases so I am not walking around with 50 little bags. It has room for everything. And I love that my credit cards are 100% safe. The wristlet makes it easy to carry just that if I want and leave the larger one in the car or at home (which does not happen because I LOVE the large bag). The straps make it easy to carry as a crossbody or on the shoulder.

I do extensive travel for weeks at a time and I have tried several totes and look for the convenience of quickly presenting passports, airline reservations, etc., as well as having enough space for those little souvenirs! I love this bag. It is comfortable on your shoulder or as a crossbody bag. I found my perfect tote!

I'm pleased overall with this bag. I wanted a crossbody bag that was durable, comfortable, well designed, but still attractive, to be my "knockabout" bag for the weekends when I'm out and about with my family. What I like: -The fabric: I got it in sterling shimmer, and it's a really pretty color -- a neutral taupe-y gray that goes with everything and has a subtle sheen. Very durable. Short of taking a knife to it, I'm not sure anything would scratch it up. -Crossbody strap adjusts easily and wears comfortably. I was worried I would feel the buckle across my collarbone/chest area but I don't. -Pocket organization. I've been able to arrange all my small items so that everything has a place and can be found quickly without digging around. The exterior slip pocket is the perfect size for my iPhone 7 (although I will note that it probably would not fit a larger phone). -Spacious capacity in a medium size bag. It doesn't look big, but in the main compartment alone I can easily fit: 18 oz hydroflask (sitting upright if tucked to one side), wallet, kindle, sunglasses case, regular glasses case, a snack or two for the kids, plus all the tiny items (keys, earbuds, etc). I could definitely stuff it more if I needed to. -Well proportioned. As a petite person (5'2), it can be tricky to find a bag that sits comfortably on my frame, doesn't look overly large, but still holds all my stuff. This bag fits the bill. What I don't like: -The two exterior side pockets. As other reviewers note, these aren't functional for drink bottles. They wouldn't even fit skinny plastic single use water bottles, let alone an insulated water bottle or a kids cup etc. These pockets taper down on the bottoms, like a cone shape, so I'm not sure what these pockets are designed to fit, other than random odds and ends. I'm able to fit my hydroflask inside the main compartment, but I wish I could use the side pockets for my kids water bottles. If the side pockets fit water bottles, this bag would be perfect. But this feature is surprisingly hard to find in a medium-size bag, and I'm otherwise happy with this bag.

I used to use Baggallini totes and bags exclusively for travel, but I use this hobo every day! There are so many pockets that lipstick, keys, pen/notepad, Rx, wallet ... on and on, all have their own pocket! The problem is remembering which one! Haha. The quality is exceptional. The only suggestion I would have is that 'they' add a sliding bar to hold the desired strap length in place. I continually need to readjust the position for my short frame. The black suits me perfectly and cleans with a cloth.

Roomy bag and nice looking. I like the phone pocket - easy to access, and there are enough pockets to stay organized. it is roomy enough inside to hold a decent sized brush.

This has become my favorite purse since I purchased it. I was looking for a lightweight purse that had lots of pockets. This purse has plenty of pockets for my phone, keys, sunglasses, and all the items that I carry in my purse. I can even fit a water bottle in the main pocket. The canvas material is lightweight compared to all my leather purses. The material is washable--I have washed mine in my automatic washer with no problems. The Sterling shimmer color goes with everything but I am going to order another one in black so I can switch off. The only con I would have is the price. It is a little high.

This bag is not so bulky that so that it can be used daily. But it can also be used for travel as it has the sleeve to slide over your roller bag with a zipper so when not used to sit on top of your roller bag, it can be used as a pocket - so yay! The little side pockets can be used for a small beverage bottle or your cell phone. A medium sized beverage bottle will fit inside the bag as well. Larger bottles or tall bottles will not fit in the side pockets. The inside is deceivingly spacious. I recently traveled and had inside my Kindle, my small wallet in the RFID case, passport, 2 medication bottles and my electronic charging cords and 2 charging blocks. On the airplane I placed the pint sized water carton inside as well. I love this bag!

This is my third bag that I have bought from this company. I love each and everyone of them this is going to be a great travel bag for caring necessities on plane without being overly bulky or heavy.

I bought this bag a month ago and I love the handy outside pockets, it holds my water bottle, glasses case, keys, and so much more. Yet, it is still a sleek, fashionable looking bag that I am happy to use every day. I like the cross body feature, which will come in handy for traveling. This is my new favorite Baggalini!

This bag has so many great features: a slot for my phone; a slot for my reading glasses; perfect place for my water bottle; a side that can be used for things or unzipped and put over the handle of my suitcase: and plenty of room inside for everything else. I bought a taupe one last summer and then the black cheetah one for our trip to Europe in April. It is great for a trip into the city where you want to have your water bottle but want a bag that looks nice. I hope they never stop making this style!

I bought this bag a year ago and have loved it every day since. I love the phone pocket being open which makes the phone readily accessible in or out. The fabric is good quality, water resistant and wipes up easily. The strap is comfortable as a crossbody bag. I love the inside pockets and wristlet to keep me organized. I hope it never wears out!!! I have bought 2 of these bags. It is lightweight but also sturdy. The pockets on the side are large enough for my S'well water bottle. The pockets on the outside are great for my phone and other items I need to get to quickly. I like that it has a sleeve for going over a luggage handle, but the sleeve has a zipper so it can be used as a pocket. The bag replaced my much loved but well worn (12 years!) Tumi bag. I highly recommend this bag.

I bought this bag two years ago and have used it ever since. It has so many pockets that allow me to constantly stay organized. It's been great during Covid. The pockets on the side keep my hand sanitizer and small water bottle handy. After two years it still looks great. I just bought another one to have on hand just in case I ever need it. I would highly recommend this bag.

This is the second bag I have purchased. This bag is a little larger than my last one and carries my travel essentials plus my ipad.

excellent bag! Lots of room without being too large. Excellent inner and outer compartments. Added pouch is a nice bonus. Fabric is classy looking.
