Just bought and I'm dissapointed that the outside pocket for my phone is too small for my Apple

Good but a bit overpriced.

Wish it came in a black/brown combination. As someone who still thinks handbags should coordinate with outfits, I tend to buy bags that are black and brown so that they go with everything. Especially when traveling, I don't want to have to pack multiple bags.

Baggallini seems to have changed the material they use for their handbags and the new one has a rough texture with LOTS of lines in it! It is very weird and distracting and will likely attract more dirt & sweat than a smoother fabric or synthetic leather. I know texture can sometimes add an interesting touch to the style but for those of us with texture issues/sensitivities, this new material is a nightmare! Plus they seem to have put it on ALL their handbags now! Why not offer different materials so customers can have options? We don't all like the same thing and, just because something is new, it doesn't make it GOOD!

The material feels like a creepy, rough canvas but it is like a bad nylon plastic blend! The texture will drive you nuts! Make it smooth, quality nylon or faux leather and I would have kept it. Ugh!

The bag is nice but the zippered opening is narrower than the space inside, making it difficult to get things in and out. Too bad - I don't know why on earth they designed it this way but it makes the bag less useful.

No where near the quality of my previous bagallini bag. I'm just too lazy to send it back.

So sad! It used to be a great bag but now there are no zippers on the sides and in the front. That was the very best design and now it does not have the safety features.

There is a compartment on the reverse side of this picture. The zipper is at the bottom facing downward??? I have NEVER seen that on a purse before in my lifetime. What a bad idea!!! The zipper tends to open, so everything you put in that compartment can potentially fall out. It also makes it easy for anyone to unzip it!!! A BIG NO on this purse!

The purse has multiple pockets and storage, but if you put in anything in it a pocket, there is no space to place anything in the purse. Pockets and storage are virtually unusable, too small and does not expand to place much of anything in the pockets. Very disappointed!

Parts of the zipper lid missing. We are looking to see if you will replace it. Looks to be a great bag as a gift but the front bottom zipper is missing the leather and metal pull grab

I bought this for the cool color that coordinates well with basic blue, gray and black. I do wish it had more interior pockets, but overall, I'm happy with the design.

I have a smaller one and was worried that this might be too large, but it is perfect. I am not good with change, so I figured it would take me a while to adjust. I loved it immediately!

This tote was too big for everyday use. I chose color instead of functionality.
