I use them for running 2-3 times a week and daily for walking. great sneaker!

Love the look. The arch and heel of the shoe provide a nice solid base. The front is a little soft but I swapped out the insoles for some that are more firm and they're great! Would like to see more bright colors

I wrote an objectively negative review of these but Mizuno censored it. Said I am runner. Said they were painful shoes. Replaced them with Nike Streakfly. I could run again in peace. But Mizuno wouldn't identify me a verified buyer. Be careful with the reviews.

I am a runner. Plan and simple. I am embarrassed I bought these shoes. I gave them a solid try for 2 months. And two sizes as well to get them right. I couldn't. I suffered - they are painful shoes. Heavy. Inflexible. Feels like there is a metal rod in middle of the sole. Ruined my cadence. Hurt my knees and shin. Going back to Nike or Brooks. Save yourself the misery.

Great shoe! I've wearing these for years and have them in EVERY color. I have run marathons in the Wave Creation and now that I'm older and slower (and walking more) I'm still wearing them. As a runner who is 5' 11 and 190 they provide the right amount of cushion and control. I have left other brands and styles behind, but I have stayed with this one.

I'm a heavy (250lbs) runner. I avg 18 miles a week. I have found these shoes and this brand offer me the best support in that endeavor. They hold up well, comfortable and get better over the miles. Don't miss out.

Looked really good but didn't fit so I had to pay to send back.

I've been running wave creation for the past 5 years, and Mizuno since 2010. Overall, a great shoe. Good support, nice insole, and a classic feel. I purchased two pairs, plan on lasting me two years. I will probably get them again for my next shoe. They do seem to feel about 1/2 size smaller than the marked size. So, be sure to order about a half size up.

I bought these sneakers for a trip to Peru which I planned on walking extensively. Thank God I did, they were very comfortable. Thumbs-up!

I use my shoes for walking. They are great looking! They are a little stiff in the sole and not quite a cushy as the Wave 20. I love my Mizuno's they fit like a glove.

I have gotten used to the shoe. They are heavier than my asic keyano. Love the looks and I have ran several miles with no issues. I would like them be lighter.

Good feeling running shoe. Good heel and arch support. Will consider purchasing again when needed in future.

Very comfortable. Look great! Bad- impossible to find available size 13. It took me a month.

Great shoe made of high quality materials. Feels very cushiony especially for a heavier person such as myself. Toe box feels a bit cramped. I have to wear thin socks to try to give toes more space. Other than the size feeling a bit small I think it's a great shoe and would recommend.

I use them to walk and cycle in, I wish you made wide widths my foot is only a single E width however going up a size is not good, a longer shoe is a stupid tripping hazzard. What you think we are not very smart to not know this? Well we are not. Like some of your very successful competitors, you need to make your running shoes in something other that zero width shoes. Feet actually come in wider widths than the no width you make. Get with it please. Don't you realize you would have customers for life if you would stop being lazy and greedy and start making shoes in different widths, like New Balance and Brooks. and OTHERS.

I love this shoe, but after 3 months the laces have cut through the eyelet. The fourth eyelet from the bottom is plastic unlike the others. The laces cut completely through, breaking one. Two are near broken. One seems ok. I hope Mizuno fixes this issue. Otherwise the shoes are super awesome.

I like the shoe but the color scheme features purple much more prominently than the images suggest - a large portion of the rear half of the shoe is purple. I thought it was more of a dark gray when ordering. Purchased to replace a pair of Wave Creation 17 shoes that were wearing out - I prefer the design of the 17 to the 20.

The arch is rubbing on the sides of my foot. Old shoes never did this.#19 wave creation

For the price it's not really worth the quality had this shoe before not as happy this time
