Shoe is a dream. Took it for a 5K spin and it performed flawlessly. Very responsive and easy on the feet. I will uy another pair for my wife.

I only wear Mizuno now , all due to the heel support - like having shock absorbers .. No more sore heels

I bought these sneakers for a trip to Peru which I planned on walking extensively. Thank God I did, they were very comfortable. Thumbs-up!

love the shoe. I would definitely buy it again. it helped with my lower back and made running more comfortable. I do wish my heel would seat down a little better. it feels like my heel wants to roll inward off of the insole.

These shoes are the bomb!! You can feel the cushioning as you walk or run, and it serves as an effective shock absorber (good for the knees/feet/spine)

This product broke in well over the course of two weeks of light use... Now I run in them on the road, and they do exactly what they need to do for performance cushioning and spring bounce.

This is probably the 30th pair of Wave Creations I've owned. I love them and can always hit 5-6 miles out of the box with no blisters or issues. Great for the larger frame runner!

This is the second pair of these shoes (just in a different color this time) that my husband has ordered. He loves them for weight lifting as well as casual wear in a daily basis. They fit true to size.

These shoes are awesome!! Super lightweight, PERFECT fit and support, with unmatched performance!! I felt like a kid again: "Look Mom... I'm soo much faster in these!! Look how high I can jump... Mom?!?"
Annnnd they look really sharp!! I'm not a shoe person, a sneaker-head, or collector, but these are exquisite!!!

I found Mizuno shoes of this heel design 6-1/2 years ago. They are great for my heels. I had suffered with plantar fasciitis and they led to my heel pain getting better.
