The bottom is to hard plastic, it's not soft and pleasant to walk sourdough the kitchen, and the river hurts on the sides The black color sleepers stain my carpet, at first I didn't know what it was, it never occurred to me to return them as I didn't know the stain came from the sleepers! And then I thought it was to late to returning them. I tried to spot clean the carpet, but know is even a bigger stain spot, I am renting so that will be deducted from my security deposit if I don't be able to clean it, it's black color. Very angry and disappointed, as I thought for the price they charge fir sleepers should be of good quality. Very very disappointed. If not angry

My feet turned super stained for weeks after wearing the black cozette slippers. My feet were freshly cleaned and dried when wearing slippers and still stains the bottom of my feet. AFTER SCRUBBING MULTIPLE TIMES MY FEET WERE STILL DYES BLACK. This is so unacceptable for such a pricy shoe. That was supposed to be so comfortable!!

These are an awful waste of money. At first, the fluff is so fluffy that they barely fit (tooooo snug). Then, the fluff wears off FAST! I wore these for MAYBE a month (only in the evenings and indoors) and there are bald spots all over the soles! I contacted customer service and was told that because they were a gift, I'd have to spend the money to send them in and then they'd get to decide whether I got site credit or not. Ridiculous. They're cute, but clearly have awful workmanship and low quality. UGG has lost me as a customer.

I have terrible feet because of bunions and Ugg is the only shows that offers me any bit of comfort. These shoes are the most uncomfortable pair of uggs I've ever tried on. The sole is as hard as a rock!

I got a pair for Christmas as a gift after I took my shower I could not wait to put them on its very comfortable but the color black ran and my foot bottom was blackened from the slipper. I had a hard time getting the black off my foot bottom

These are comfortable but they wear out VERY quickly. More quickly than any other slipper I've ever purchased, UGG or not.

The slipper is hard and uncomfortable

I just received my Ugg Cozette on Sept. 25 and less than 1 week later the fluffy part of the bed of shoe is falling out. I've purchased many Uggs through the years and know that this happens after long wear time (months later). This is just one week later which tells me these are defective. I'm on the fence whether to exchange or just get a refund. Really love these and the color, too! (Oyster)

I got these in the same size as my others and these are too small . I ordered a 10 and should have gotten an 11 . And now I'm stuck with them and can't return them.

I was so excited for these slippers. They were great for the first 1-2 months. Within 3 months some of the fur had really worn. 6 months in and the fur is completely gone in multiple places. Not nearly as comfortable now and looks incredibly run down. Really a bummer for the money.

I've been waking up with the extreme pain in my feet and I realized it's these ugg slippers causing an unbearable pain on the heels of my feet. What I waste of money! Besides being the worst and most uncomfortable slippers I've ever owned they are also expensive and useless. I wanted to like them, because they are warm and cute. I'm better off being barefoot in my house than using these

The sheepskin is completely worn down in several spots. They look horrible. I have always loved my ugg slippers, but feel this pair must be a lemon

These are hard to keep on your feet, so after wearing my feet and ankles hurt a lot. I can't wear them.

Wanted so much to love these but when I received the package it felt so light I thought it was empty. Made so cheaply.
