I love ugg and constantly buy. These looked very pretty online but once I received them I realized that they were not for me.

I wanted them for a while and finally made the purchase. To my disappointment, it wasn't long before it started liking as though the lining wore off or dissolved. I can see toe prints because the lining is gone. Not typical UGG quality. Definitely not the plush lining in any of my other UGG boots/shoes.

I loved the look of slippers and was excited to get. However when received i was very disappointed to realize the the soles of these slippers is so hard and not bendable that i can not see keeping. Therefore i am trying to return them. They have been in the box since I received.

When I got these I was so obsessed with them, but having them for less than a month they started to lose the fur. I was extremely sad because this has never happened with an ugg product. Also since the bottom isn't flat the groves make you loss your balance if step on something on the flor.

I use these slippers all the time indoors. Tried to use them for elliptical, but they really became hard inside. When I first put them on, I felt metal on the left little toe. I put in a fold of tissue and it seemed to push the metal back after a bit.

They're not as comfortable as the ones I had purchased before that were slide slippers I actually got at Ross for half the price my feet have been black every time I wear them I would think you could make a product that wouldn't leave BLACK all over your feet !!!

It is ok. The shoe is very narrow without a rubber grip on the bottom and slips easy.

I'm really disappointed in the quality of this item. I received the slippers for Christmas and wore them for 3 weeks and they started to fall apart. Patches of the "fur" started coming off even though I've only worn them indoors and for 3 weeks. I contacted support for a warranty claim. I sent them pictures etc but they requested I send the slippers back for inspection. I received the confirmation they received my return but then nothing. I had to contact customer support again to learn that my request for a replacement was denied. And it's going to take another 15 business days for them to ship them back to me. In short, the quality is really quite poor given the price of the item and the customer service is definitely not on par with the price you pay. Also, this is the 4th time I had to write this review, it won't let me upload pictures...

Sole is too hard and stiff. Not a good thing for slippers. Returned them.

The quality is not the same as before. Ugg used to be my go to reliable brand . The areas under my toes are bare .

Not for those w bunions

I've had these maybe two months, already completely devoid of the soft fur on the sole. Completely worn through in some spots in the first month and now by month two, they've lost about 50% of the coverage in the soles. They just seem super cheap, short term, and that's not what I was expecting after having so many different pairs of Uggs. Would NOT recommend getting these unless you just want something that's cute for a few weeks. Oh, side note: they run small. Typically a 7-7.5 and had to send back to order an 8.

Unfortunately, my feet turned black after wearing these slippers. Had to return.

I've own a few other pairs of UGG slippers and have not had any issues, however, I bought these from the Ugg Website for my Wife for Christmas 2021. By February 2022, about 2 months of wearing a few days a week, the fur is mostly all worn off on the bottom of both slippers.

I've had these slippers less than 3 weeks and they're already falling apart. So many patches of missing fur. My last pair of late spade slippers lasted me three years so this is disappointing, especially when these ones cost 3x as much.

I saw someone at a store wearing these and I had to buy a pair. These slippers are definitely cute however the quality has gone downhill. After wearing 3 times the fur on the right slipper around the big toe started to disappear. Very disappointing. All of their products are now made in China and this UggPure is not shearling. I have several pairs of boots and slippers from many years ago when they were made in New Zealand and I can unequivocally say that these Chinese made products are mediocre and not worth the price. I miss the good old days when quality was the standard.
