This sandal has a major design flaw. The strap around the back of the heel is set too far back so your heel hangs off the back. The sole is so comfortable, and they look so cool, but they are un wearable! So disappointing!

Poor SupportGreat Support
Hard to tell because the sandals never arrived and without any communication that there was a problem with: no size or color or style available. Yet my order was taken, credit card charged and shipment "delayed". What?? After I spent time "chatting online" was I told that delivery of my order was not going happen.
All I can say is stay on top of your orders - Zappos is apparently not what it used to be.
