I really wanted to like this shoe, but the strap was not long enough for me. I have a high arch and a "tall" foot, so the velcro would only barely latch across the top of my foot. If only Dansko would make a longer strap than I would have kept them. Dansko had been my go to shoe for years, but they no longer make shoes to accommodate my tall foot.

I loved this style in an MBT pair of shoes that I wore out. (out of business now). When Dansko fit me they are really great shoes for my problem feet. "When" is the operative word. I can only count on the clogs to fit the same from shoe to shoe. I have been wearing a pair of Dansko Paisley as my primary shoe all winter. But the two pair I just tried, in 2 sizes, just aren't up to par. This pair was too big in my regular 39 and not quite right in a 38. Plus the footbed wasn't comfortable in the 38.

Style is attractive. However, when judging from the picture I thought the shoe would be a bit softer and easier on my feet. In addition to the stiffness of the shoe it was too small. As soon as the virus restrictions are lifted and we are able to journey outside our homes, I will be returning them.

Love the shoe and color. But too wide And could use a 6 1/2 instead of a range. When will shoe manufacturers start making narrow shoes. I gave 3 stars because of the size.

These shoes are cute for everyday wear. I like the strap to hold them on my foot. I normally wear size 9M, and ordered these on size 40 (8.5-9). The fit was good, and I was hopeful until I started walking in them. The back side of the shoe was cutting into my ankle. I had to return them.

I tried on this shoe in stores in a black color, and found it to be a bit clunky to walk in, but a comfortable fit. I saw the stone color on Zappos for a better price and ordered it. Once received, I found the stone colored shoe to be much too small, i had to return it. I love this style of shoe, and would love to find a comfortable, sneaker type Mary Jane. I was hoping this shoe would be that shoe, but not so for me. I have a very high arch and very high instep, and so need a shoe that can accommodate my foot.

I so wanted these shoes to work.. I typically need a wide width & was surprised that they even fit as well as they did however the front of the shoe cut into my toes and the strap wasn't long enough to fasten over my high instep. With the 'short' strap I definitely would not have been able to use my orthopedic. Wish Dansko would make more shoes in a wide width!!

Horrifyingly uncomfortable, ripped my feet to shreds. Edges are way too high by the heel. So sad because they are cute

I should know not to purchase shoes without the customary Zappos video, which this one did not have. These appeared to have the same sole as my Dansko Steffi's - hard and stiff - which is what I need with my badly damaged foot. Unfortunately, the soles are very flexible so I can't wear them as cute and comfortable as they were so I had to return them.

I thought this fabric would be stretchier but these have very little give. They cut across the knuckle of my big toe when I flexed my foot, so sadly had to return. Love Dansko so I was hopeful, but these won't work for me.

I was disappointed. I expected better arch support as I have had in previous Dansko shoes. Didn't like the style once I actually saw the woven material.

This shoe crosses the ankle bone which is uncomfortable and would make a blister in a short time. The design around ankle area is just bad. No one likes blisters.

Terribly uncomfortable due to front inner edge of opening digging into my bunion, lack of arch and metatarsal support, and too flexible and thin sole. I thought I'd found a great brand for my problem feet, but after trying several styles, I'm disappointed that only the Paisley has worked for my metatarsalgia and bunion. Cute shoe, but not for me!

I wanted these to work out but they were too big & rubbed/hit the bone on my ankle with each step. Also I normally wear size 6 but the recommendation was 6.5-7 instead of 5.5-6. I went with the recommendation since one foot is a little bit longer than the other foot.

I love Danskos for their wood sole shoes, which have a perfect arch support for my foot. These are little more than slippers. I have Parkinson's Disease and these shoes do not provide me with traction. I feel my toes trying to grip the shoe and slipping instead. Very disappointing.

I would not recommend these at all. I usually wear 7 1/2 or 8 in everything. Based on reviews, I ordered these in 8 and they were snug. But I returned them because the shoes were rigid, the soles were not very flexible, they were somewhat heavy, the inner lining was rough and they were too deep.

Fit was fine except when I walked the back of the shoes did not remain in place. I ended up with blisters on both feet from the friction in addition to the onset of a blister on my left little toe. Since I walk a great deal, I cannot wear the shoes and opted to donate them. Should this occur in the future, I will return them and request a refund. Very very disappointing experience.

I have worn Dansko for the past 15+ years and have never had to try them on as they fit perfectly and were always comfortable. However, I wore the Hennie yesterday and the shoes were not only uncomfortable, I ended up with blisters on both feet. Had to cut short walking my dogs as the shoes slid up and down and the left pinched my little toe. Will never feel comfortable again in purchasing Dansko without trying them out before wearing them. Bummer!

These shoes were at least a half size large if not a full size. For me there was no arch support, which is what I am looking for. I appreciate how easy Zappos makes the return processs.

I agree with the other reviewers. This shoe is not made right. It hits your ankle bone on the side and is very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, this purchase was an absolute disappointment. After wearing these shoes for little more than an hour while doing errands, my feet were in so much discomfort that I had to go home and change shoes. I am a standard size 8 and have worn Dansko for years. Not these, though. Blisters formed on the inside of my heels and ankles, and the back of my ankles became swollen. I hadn’t expected this to happen, as the shoes felt comfortable when I first received and tried them on. I threw away the packaging, so don’t know if Zappos will accept a return/exchange, but I’ll ask, because these shoes are never going back on my feet.
