Good fit. True to size. I ordered size 7 and the fits is great. These boots are classic/timeless, well constructed and quality craftsmanship. I love Frye foot wear. I will wear these with jeans and a sweater as well as with knee length dresses and tights.

My 'duck feet" require a wider toe box so I have to be careful ordering booties online. The Fryes always hit the mark with comfort and fit.

Gorgeous color (light rose) and the suede is soft and supple, so very comfortable. I am counting the days until the weather cools.

great fit and style

This boot is awesome, I debated buying for weeks because of the price. So glad I broke down and got them. Much more comfortable out of the box than I expected - I thought there would be a break-in period, but I wore them a full day without any problems. The leather is beautiful, they are simple and luxurious at the same time. Love them!

I usually wear a 9 but size up half a size in Frye boots. The leather on these is like butter. So comfy and CUTE! I love them!

I wore these out of the box to walk all around San Francisco and was comfortable all day! They are very stylish and classic and go with everything. They were a tad slippery at first so be warned! Super cute and very happy with this purchase!

I am keeping these. I typically wear 8.5 and that’s what I ordered. The heels slip a bit, but I will wear them with thicker Smartwool socks, so I think the 8 would be too small. May order the 8 in another color, just to compare, since Zappos return policy is so wonderful. Zappos suggested I order size 8, so evidently others feel this shoe runs a little large. The boot is the perfect height for what I wanted...will look great with skinny jeans!

I wear a size 11 and not all shoes fit well. This boot fit out of the box and I will invest in another pair!!!! Very comfortable! Went out all night and it felt like I’ve had them for years!!! My 3rd pair of Frye’s and amazing quality! Worth the money!

Love FRYE boots! I have several pair and although they are "spendy" you get what you pay for! As usual the leather is superb and they fit like a glove after a short break in period. The style goes with boot cut or skinny jeans, which is what I wanted. I'm sure they would look great with leggings or a dress or most anything. A great addition to fall or winter wardrobe.

I've been eyeing these booties for about a year now and gambling they wouldn't sell out. I'm very excited I picked them up on sale. Frye makes some awesome booties and they're a welcome addition to my collection. I'm normally an 8.5 however in the waxed oiled suede I ordered a 1/2 size up to a 9 and I'm very glad I did. My regular size would have been way too tight. As it stands, the boot will need to stretch just to wear socks. The boot is made with the high quality that Frye is famous for and as soon as you open the box, the smell of leather comes wafting out. Scuff up the leather soles, else they can be slick on some surfaces. With Zappo's next day service, I ordered them yesterday and they're here today. Outstanding.

I got the beige carson piping booties in 6.5. According to my experience, these shoes fit true to size and needed no breaking in. I've walked over two miles in them in one go and they are still comfortable when I'm done. They do look a bit more weathered than I expected, but in the end it reduces the pressure that I'd feel to keep them a bright beige.

These boots are beautifully made and have a sturdy, yet comfortable feel to the fit. Nothing flimsy about these boots. I'm very glad they're comfortable, but I do feel they are better when worn with a slightly padded sock, like Smartwool.

wanted a western style bootie and ordered. great fit I am a true 7 and bought a 7 comfortable right out of the box . brought on a trip and wore several days straight with out issue. sleek style you can feel the Frye Quality love these boots

I’m was very hesitant to spend this much money on a simple black bootie since there are so many choices but I am definitely not disappointed. These fit very true to size and I like that they do not have much of a trendy flare to them which will allow me to stay in style and wear them for many years to come. This is my first pair of Frye boots and I am confident that it won’t be my last.I really like the heel height on this since it will allow me to wear them all day if I want while still looking like I have a bit of a heel.

These boots are stylish and, at the same time, comfortable. They are also true to size. The graphite color is amazing with a slight purple cast. Just what I wanted. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!!!!!

These are nice, well made ankle boots with a wood heel which wears well. I had to put a spongy lining in them for comfort. They were too small to be able to put in a lining with an arch support. Nevertheless I like them and will keep them.
