I bought these because they were the closest style to my three-year-old Teva sandals. I love those sandals and haven't worn them out. I needed a new pair, though, for a trip to Europe where we would be walking a good bit. Reviews said the straps were too tight. I haven't found that at all. The straps over the toes and snug. There's no rubbing. The sandals fit well. Size is true. The soles are cushioned and feel like they have a lot of life in them. Overall, I love these. My older sandals had a little gold ornamentation on them. I got compliments all the time. This new model is solid black. Utilitarian. Sure do miss that tiny touch of gold. It was just the right amount of bling for me.

As per usual Teva makes a quality product, These are indeed my 6th pair. And none have worn out!

I can wear these good looking & comfortable sandals anywhere, everyday. I recommend them!

The last Teva sandals I bought were more than 7 years ago. The tops are still intact, even though the soles are worn out from constant use. They are an example of how well this company makes their footware. First thought for new sandals was checking out Teva. These are nice and very comfortable and true to size. The straps are slim and feminine not clunky like some walking sandals. I would get again!

Fulfills my need for a black sandal.

I've been on a search for a sandal that's comfortable enough to wear for long periods of walking and that's cute enough to wear for a night out. This is the one! It's so comfortable for long periods and I've worn it with shorts, flowy pants and dresses. The sole is just a bit more athletic looking than I'd prefer, but I think that's a big part of why they're so comfortable, so I'm willing to deal with it. I wore them for a morning walk (which became a jog when it started raining) and my feet and legs felt fine running in them. I'm an 8.5 M, which is what I ordered. I initially wished that the front set of straps were adjustable, but I got used to them being a little looser than I'd prefer. They'd probably be perfect for someone with slightly wider feet than average. If the balls of your feet are narrower than average, the looseness of the front straps may be a challenge for you. Caveats aside, I'm here to buy the other color (got pecan before, back for black), so they're still the closest I've found to perfect!

Beautiful product. The fit and the color are perfect. An instant new favorite. My only complaint is the length of the Velcro. It's too short. If I want to loosen the straps after some street hiking the sandals don't stay closed because there's not enough overlap.

I liked these Sandler's so much I ordered a second pair in another color. I would have given 5 stars, but the shoe was a bit wide in front.

I think you need to use more Velcro on the straps. The older sandal has more, why did you change the design???

I got the purple ones. They're Really pretty. they look less sensible than they are. my only issue is that the front part over the toes is not adjustable and it's super wide on me. I'm not sure how that will be for walking. it's still too cold for sandals here. But the arch is in the right place wich is great. most arch support is too far forward, back or high. the arch support on this is perfect. The purple looks neutral on me so I'll be able to wear them with most things. excited about this shoe

I would have kept these if the soles had more cushioning and support, as well as if the straps were sewn together instead of using a plastic ring. I was hoping for sandals with the comfort of the Tirras, but the appearance of a casual sandal that I could wear with dresses without attracting attention to my shoes. The soles already look like the sole of a hiking shoe, so why not make it exactly the same so we can have the comfort and the style? The soles were less cushioned and had less arch support than the Tirras & Verras I own, which was a major disappointment. I need to be able to walk multiple miles a day without pain, and these wouldn't have accomplished that. Also, the plastic ring made the spacing look just a little off -- it would have looked nicer if all 4 were just sewn together. Overall a great shoe, but I need shoes I can walk miles in. Hoping they'll come out with a shoe with a similar look, but a sole that's as high-quality as the Tirras.
