These are the most uncomfortable Toms I own but once broken in they aren’t so bad. Maybe I shouldn’t have expected them to be as comfy as the original Toms. Cute but were very stiff and the back part rubbed on the inside of my ankle the first few times I wore them. Glad I stuck it out though because I still like them, they go well with everything.

These shoes are incredibly uncomfortable. I got blisters after wearing them for a few hours. definitely send this back.

I have a sort of wide foot. These fit me perfectly which means they may run a little wider. They’re not totally casual either—Not your typical Toms

They run a bit big and they are stiff and rub my feet raw in places. Super cute shoe, wish I could’ve loved them.

These are great! Not sure why so many other reviewers said they were stiff, they feel like normal, structured ballet flats. Maybe they meant in comparison to classic Toms? Regardless, I love them! I have a slightly wider foot and often have to size up to a 9 in Toms, but the 8.5 in these is just right! I say go with your usual size.

I love Toms. This makes 4 pairs of this style for me! There is no break in period like with some other brands. They fit from the time I took them out of the box and they are comfortable throughout the day.

Cute shoe & perfect for what I need - great work and everyday shoe. But feels wide. Never needed it before, but wish they offered a narrow fit for this style.

Not gonna lie, the break-in period for these shoes was a little rough. They were awfully stiff the first few days. But after several wears, they've become very comfortable and a great shoe.

I really liked these shoes, especially the light taupe color when compared to the black pair I ordered. They’re not too casual and not too formal so you could wear them with jeans or a dress. However, I returned them because the material irritated my pinkie toes. It’s a firm material but did have a little give as I could see the outline of my toes. I wanted to like them but I wasn’t willing to risk potential discomfort for the price point. I would recommend these shoes.

For a long and narrow foot, it fits and feels comfortable.

I wanted to love these. I usually love Toms but these rubbed in all the wrong places, felt too big, and overall I just couldn’t wear them. Very disappointed.

After wearing these shoes for literally 20 minutes, I already had open wounds on my heels and blisters on my toes and still do two days later. I usually love Tom's, but these are a disaster. I will be contacting Zappos for a refund.

The quality of this shoe was great for the price and I really love Toms in general. The padding was nice and stitching was high quality. The soles were very nice and durable as well. As far as style goes these flats are super trendy. I really wanted to like these flats but they were so uncomfortable on the sides and heels of my feet. They just rubbed and were actually painful just wearing around the house. I was expecting a soft supple leather but what I got was extremely stiff and immovable. I don’t think these shoes would ever wear in or form to your feet like leather should.

Very slimming shoe. Like most shoes it was a little stiff when I first wore it, but it softens as you wear it. Very cute and very high quality.

The shoe runs small but stretches quickly to a perfect size. If you order a size larger they will likely stretch to too big

I ordered a 91/2 med and received wide width

They fit perfect. The only thing I don't like is that the sides push out when I'm walking. Otherwise I love them, the color and style are great!

I have to much of an arch to wear them...I am so sorry because they are absolutely beautiful and know people that wear them all the time...dressy and casual

I am in love with these flats! They look great dressed up for work and dressed down for at home. I wear a size 9.5 and have a bit wider foot and high arch. I am able to walk around in these all day without issues. I didn’t have any issue right out of the box like some reviewers have. Love Toms, really good quality shoe.

Super love! I have slightly wide feet and these were comfy enough to wear all day! So stylish with my skinny jeans! My new favorite!

These shoes are beautiful! They are so comfortable and add a little pizzazz to an otherwise simple office outfit. TOMS always makes high quality shoes!

right our of the box, they fit great! I have not been able to wear them a lot yet (snow) but I can't wait! Super cute and great colors!
