Too loose in heel. Had to return for half size smaller.

These shoes are really cute, but they are rigid and tight. Expect your feet to hurt until you break them in.

Cute shoe! Leopard print is so awesome. Shoe is stiff but does not rub. Definitely size up as very narrow.

I liked how these looked on the website. But when I tried them on, the toe box was a bit more pointed than I'd like. They fit okay elsewhere on my feet, but the heels felt a bit tight. And the suede was too dressy for the everyday purpose I had in mind. Beautiful shoes, but just not what I expected. These will be going back.

Shoe is a little large but not by half size. I wear to work but do not walk all day. I can see where they would be a little uncomfortable if you walked a lot in them. This is my 2nd pair because they are so cute on and are great office shoes.

I am a size 10M in shoes and these fit just right. It took a day to break them in, but now they are good. At first, they felt like cardboard shoes but now are fine.

I have purchased and loved TOMS flats for years, but this pair was unfortunately narrow and uncomfortable. Very pretty shoe, but had to return.

Very sturdy and well structured shoe for a flat. True to size. Looks like needs a little break-in.

TOMS is the type of company from which I want to make purchases because TOMS gives back to others. I thought this shoe was higher quality than most shoes out there. They seemed a bit stiff but I think they would soften after use. I didn't end up keeping them only because I didn't like the taupe color against my skin color. I wish that TOMS would make this shoe in more colors (perhaps a dark grey, light grey, green, or navy).

Loved the style. Returned because prefer shoes that have a softer sound when you walk. Also worried about the fabric in wet weather and seemed 1/2 size too long.

The suede was very stiff and unfortunately the sides dug into my ankle. The toe box also was small and didn't feel comfortable on my foot. They are very cute and I'm bummed to have to send them back.

These shoes are super cute, they fit good in length but were super tight in the toe area unfortunately.

I like these a lot. I have been looking for a toms shoe to support the company and these are great - not too wide as some other styles. Very elegant looking, excellent for work. Comfortable as far as pointy toes go. Could use some more arch support but I would say that about any flat. Really happy with them, considering buying the other colour and another pair of blacks for the future....you know, when your favourite shoes are kicked and you can't find them again.

Super cute and wanted them to work so bad. Extremely stiff and not for wide feet at all. My feet hurt just trying them on. Really wish Tom's would offer wides in their shoes.

These are SUPER STIFF. Can't tell if they actually feel small or just tight because there's absolutely no give in the leather. Haven't worn them to work yet, but they are definitely not my most comfortable shoe but may be the best looking. For what may be the first time ever I'm compromising comfort for fashion because I love the print and style of the shoe. Also, the sole of the shoe is super slick - definitely no traction on these. I'm hoping they'll break in and I'll be able to wear them for more than sitting at a desk in the office all day.

These shoes are so cute but they are SO uncomfortable. They run slightly small, so definitely size up at least a half size. I wore them for a few hours and had massive blisters and rubbing on both ankles. Do not recommend.

Like everyone else that has reviewed this, I agree that the shoe is super cute and I love the style, but it is too stiff, rubs in multiple places, and is extremely uncomfortable. I love the look of this shoe, but its not worth walking around in pain all day. Sending back.

I really liked the style, the color was nice and neutral, but the fit was awful. The toe box was so narrow and very stiff. Not like "new leather and it'll break in-stiff", but "is this shoe infused with cardboard?". Had to go back.

Bought these in the amber gold and the taupe grey, both 5.5. The grey fit perfectly out of the box, love them! The gold felt a good half size too big in the length, and they fit more like a wide width - the suede fabric flapped open on the sides even when I wasn't walking. Trying a half size smaller in the gold hoping they'll fit better, and will return the size 5.5.

Did not love the material--more like a canvas than a suede. I thought it looked strange with the leopard print.

These shoes are cute & have good support but they definitely run large. I wear an 8 1/2 and they were too big.

Loved this shoe but the material was very hard on the back. Returned in fear of getting blisters.

Honestly I wanted to love these. They are so cute and looked comfy, however they were not. Hurt my feet and rubbed in all the wrong places. Material is stiff and man made so there is no breaking them in, either, unfortunately.
