I could not even get my foot inside this shoe even with thin socks. The tongue is completely attached to the rest of the shoe and they run small as far as I can judge.

These didn't work out for me. I have high arches and need a cushier sole. The soles felt very hard and I had achy feet for several days after trying them out.

I bought these shoes because everyone I know wears them and raves about them. I am very disappointed with them. They are the most uncomfortable pair of shoes that I have ever worn. They are so tight that it's hard for me to get them on even with very thin socks and I don't have wide feet. I really hope that they stretch or I have just wasted $150.00.

Was so hard to get on that it isn't worth the effort to me! Will return. It was hard to give a rating but couldn't submit this review without one.

Feels like your foot is sitting on top of the shoe with a stretchy sock around your foot. My foot did not feel secure, and I felt if I had to make a lateral move, my foot would go one way and the shoe another. There was nothing cloud-like about these; they were very stiff and did not have a lot of cushion.

For all the hype, expense and ubiquity surrounding these shoes, I could not be more disappointed with On in general. I have owned 6+ pairs of On running and while they start off feeling good and comfortable, within a very short time, the inside heal starts to fray and the fabric pulls away from the sole. These are not in the least bit worth it. Roger Federer might want to rethink his endorsement.

The shoe was so stiff and narrow, I could not get my foot in it!! This is my 1st ON sneaker, and it will be the last! I'll stick with my Skechers.

Finally have time to open the box and found that the "new" shoe must be returned by a previous customer. The bottom of the shoes looked dirty. One shoe is slightly dirty. The other one a little bit more so . As much as I love the shoes, I am returning them. First time ever receiving "worn" shoes. Hopefully, the next pair will be new.

I like the way these shoes look, off my foot. Couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. I wear a size 10, always order size 11 in athletic shoes. My feet are wide and flat. However, not wide enough for a Wide width. Obviously, returning these.

My husband has had multiple pairs of On's and loves them...they are exceptionally sturdy! I usually wear a 7.5 W, so I went ahead and ordered the 8W. I was excited that a wide version had finally been released. These had to be the narrowest pair of wide shoes I have ever tried on! I'm sure they are great shoes, but if you have a wider than normal foot, just be aware that even the wide shoes are narrow. Very disappointed, as I really wanted a pair of On's. Love Zappos though!

I bought these about 6 months ago and absolutely loved them. They were perfect, true to size width etc. so I just bought another pair and they are nothing like the first pair. They are more narrow in the toe box. It feels like my feet are crammed in them. I bought a size 7. I wear a 6.5 in all my shoes except you running shoes. I always order 1/2 size up for more room in the toe box. Also, the back of the shoe is slightly higher and it rubs a sore spot on the back of my upper heal. Unfortunately these are going back!!!

I wore these shoes twice and have never experienced so much pain from short runs. Toes, arches, heels, ankles, knees, hips. They all throbbed! I felt like I was running in ski boots. Disappointed because I had heard so many wonderful things about this brand.

I din't know why everyones loves these. They were so stiff and inflexible-maybe just preference? Also oddly low cut on the sides. going back.

They are hard as rocks, like cement. I've been running for decades. I know what a running shoe should feel like if you value your body. Absolutely the worst. No give, no cushion.

I do not understand the hype and trendiness of this brand...I’ve been an athlete and worked out my whole life and these sneakers are simply not comfortable and are not flattering to your foot at all. I am completely confused how this brand became so popular, I am convinced a lot of people are forcing a trendy shoe that is actually uncomfortable. The shoe runs true to size but is so unflattering and provides very little comfort. I purchased four different styles and I felt this way about all of them. I’d consider renewing your tried and trues before jumping on this bandwagon.

On shoes are not like clouds at all. This is the second pair I've tried. These fit ok but it felt like the arch was on the outside of my feet (yes, they were on the correct feet). These are hard and uncomfortable. Moving back to shoes that are more reasonably priced and comfortable.

On On Swift shoe is not as supportive as the On Flyer. The shoes placed all my weight in my heel, The toe is slanted up more than most running shoes. The shoe is sized too big. Perhaps this shoe will work for you, if you want most of your weight distributed to your heel and your toes slanted up.
