Felt very small I have flat feet so these are not for me not enough arch support so had to return them

I ordered these because they were the only Wide version of the On Clouds that they make. These are not wide at all, I'd say the wide fits like a typical medium width. They were too narrow for me so back to Zappos they go, bummer.

Too small and tight.

I have worn these shoes five different times over the first two weeks of receiving them and have continued to get a blister on the back of my foot. I think it is because you are unable to make the shoes tight around your ankles due to the design of the shoe.

Love the feel of these... great cushioning but too small. I need to order up half size

I'd heard great things about On sneakers, and was excited to try them myself, but I have to say that this particular style was the most uncomfortable sneaker I think I've ever tried on. I usually take between an 8.5 to 9 women's, but got a 9.5 because I read that they run a little small...and I could still barely get my foot into the sneaker!? They were sooooooo narrow that I could hardly squeeze my heel into the opening. Once they were on, I immediately felt this weird lump in the middle of the outer aspect of each shoe - almost like the way an arch support feels, except no one needs an arch support along the lateral (outside) aspect of their shoe. It felt like I was walking with a rock in each shoe. They are a nice style and have good cushion, but these are going back. I have no idea if it's just not the right sneaker for my foot, or if it's something bizarre about this particular style?

Stated it was wide but didn’t fit like a wide... cutting circulation off since the sock like fit... no room for socks... I love the look of OC but unfortunately I’m not going to be able to be a customer... I wish they would offer a true wide shoe

Feels heavy and too warm. Half size too small.

I bought a pair a couple of years ago and they were the most comfortable shoe I’d ever put on. I decided it was time for a new pair, so I ordered this pair. there must have been a major redesign, because the newer version is so much more narrow (I held them up to my current pair and the difference is significant) - and I don’t think I have particularly wide feet, but these are downright uncomfortable.

I must have over 30 pairs of On sneakers and all the colors in the CloudSwift style. Theses sneakers do not fit the same as my other colors. I think they are making them smaller. I read another review about On sneakers and she said the very same thing. Please on don’t change the sizing or I will have to find another sneaker to love!

The shoe fit a little small to me as I had this shoe in the same size last year. The sole of these shoes had a slight pinkish tint although they were supposed to be white. Love the on the cloud swifts but returned this pair for a half size larger and hopefully the soles will be pure white this time.

The tongue is connected to the rest of the shoe, so it is HARD to get your foot in. I have a narrow foot, so I got it in, but phew it was tough! They are tight too, but I gave that some time to stretch out a little, and they’re ok now. SUPER cute, but be warned on the slim-ness!!

Feels like a tourniquet around my foot, they are stiff, little to no cushion, running feels like you have large rocks attached to the soles. Other than that they're great.

I really liked the look of the shoes from the side, but when looking down on them, they look very wide due to the excess material. I also found them somewhat annoying to put on because they don't have the typical tongue that you can pull back to provide more room as you're putting them on. The worst quality was the foot bed which created very strange pressure points on the bottom of my feet. They even varied between the left and right shoe. I exchanged for a larger size, hoping it was just a one-off quality issue, but I had the same problem with other pair. For the most part, really nice looking shoe, but too uncomfortable to wear.

The shoes were definitely a more comfortable and cushioned than the cloud 2.0 the only thing I didn’t like is that there was no room for loosen up the tongue. My foot felt suffocated and started to get that burning sensation within 10 minutes of wearing them

I *really* want to love these shoes, as they have many positives to them. First, they are extremely comfortable, even without socks when out and about. They look very sharp! You'll get compliments and forget that you have them on your feet due to how comfy they are to stroll around! However, I ran 10 miles in them today. My heel was slipping and my forefoot was hurting on both feet, on both sides. I have a wide foot but never had a problem with Hokas or Brooks as in, 8 miles in, I was dying to be done with my run just because of the pain. Otherwise, I was so happy to continue my run. I am usually a size 8 in runners. In On, I take an 8.5....except maybe these? Even if I did go down to an 8, that would only make the toe box tighter. ouch! Last, and most importantly, as I could see the addition of this solving all negative problems I had with the shoe: Why, oh why, ON, would you *not* put a runner's eyelet at the top of a RUNNING shoe?! I l always use the runners loop to lock my heel down. It works wonders in the Cloudflow and Cloudstratus (etc, etc). I was hoping to find a way around this but, for serious runners, I could see this being a problem. Very sad to send them back but happy with other On styles and always shop Zappos for the best customer service in running shoes!

Not my new running shoes unfortunately. I was excited to try these out, especially after seeing the review saying these were the new replacements to the Brooks Glycerin, which I loved several iterations back but just aren't cutting it now. These were very uncomfortable for me to run in; although I think it's important to note that I run on my toes and need the cushion in the front of the shoe as opposed to the heel.

This shoe didn't feel at all "cloud soft" as I thought it would be. Rather firm, and very constricting around the midfoot/instep area. Even in the wide width, it wasn't comfortably roomy as my Brooks or Hokas are. They just didn't have a cushy or bouncy/responsive feeling when walking in them.

They hurt as soon as I tried them on, prior to even tying the laces. So disappointed! Too short ( I went up a half size), and far too narrow.

I usually wear a 9.5 regular width in shoes and a 10 to 10.5 in brooks tennis shoes. After reading reviews I went up to a 10.5 wide. My toes went to the end of the shoes and they were tight. There was no way I could run or even walk a long distance in these. My podiatrist told me I needed “wiggle room” so I didn’t develop neuroma or bunions. I liked the way they looked but they’re going back.

Too tight! Small toe box made for cramped toes and killed my ingrown toe nail which I didn't even know I had! Looked good... loved the blue as like my sons college color... I really wanted to like these shoes! Too bad, sending back today. Order the Cloudswift 3 instead... better fit with much more room in the toe box.

I have another pair of these shoes that I got from Amazon and I absolutely love them but something about these was different. The shoes were extremely uncomfortable. My feet hurt so bad that I had to take them off no arch support, extremely tight, and the sizing was way off even though they’re the same as the other pair I own. Had to return

I'd agree with most of the other reviews. I have 2 pairs of these shoes. I wear them daily and the bottoms of the shoe have completely fell apart (like actual parts of the bottom are coming off) and the sides of the shoe have tore. Pretty disappointing. They are beautiful and super comfortable, but they definitely do not hold up. I have had them for about 8 months.

Beautiful shoes but they suck :( I like the cloud x better. They get rocks stuck inside. Very uncomfortable for strength training like f45 and Orange theory

I was so hoping these would fit but unfortunately they were too small and I found that they had little to no arch support and I have very high arches. So I returned them.
