The Recovery Slides are firm, not cushiony . After spending time in them, I have to stop weaering them as they feel hard. I wondered if they were an older model that the foam had hardened in. Also, the inside of the right foot under the slide is very tight, and bothers the bunion area on that foot only---I do not have bunions, so that is why it is strange. So, as I had indicated, they are not quite what I expected.

Not a great fit, these were very uncomfortable. I have PF and daily foot pain and these did not help. I tried multiple times at different times of the day and they weren't my shoe.

My doctor told me to buy these but they don't come in wide sizes. Very stiff plastic so they don't stretch. Too bad because they're cute.

These run very wide and very big. I wear a 7, these slides did not even fit a little bit. I gave them to my sister whom wears a size 8 and has very wide feet. They fit great and she loves them.

I purchased a pair of recovery slides and LOVED them- actually bought them as gifts for friends that's how much I loved them. Then I bought a back up pair and they are like a cheap hard plastic- nothing like the originals. Not sure why you changed the cloud like plush feel of the original recovery slides, but I do not like the new ones.

Stop already! I unsubscribed five times but you still persist. What in the world is your problem. I love your products and I am paying your asking price. Why do you think I am obligated to write to you when I am not interested? If you don't stop this nonsense I will start looking for an alternate product.

I have 2 pairs of thong style sandals , 2 pair recovery shoes, & have gone through numerous pairs of running shoes; so wanted a slide . Extremely disappointed with this shoe , had to return for yet another slide. I have average width, size 10, sure wish you guys made a narrower slide. Still a huge fan though!

It was quite disappointing that these new Recovery sandals are not the same as my initial purchase few years back. I wish I didn't order 2 this time. The new one does not feel like it has the same cushion as my initial purchase. I wish I had doubled up my purchase then.

I gave an old pair of these slides that I wore forever, loved them!! Unfortunately, the new ones are too wide and don't come in narrow sizes anymore.

I ordered the size I wear in other shoes and they are to short.

The recovery slide just fit my foot weird.

...but unfortunately they caused lateral shin pain. I am in good shape, exercise daily, no present health issues. I bought these sandals to wear around the house in warmer weather. They felt different, but comfortable, when I first put them on. I didn't notice any issues till later, when shin pain woke me up. I cannot attribute it to anything else because nothing in my routine changed. I stopped wearing them and the pain went away. I tried again a week later with the same results. Because of my vacation schedule, I was outside of the 30 day guarantee, but I appreciate that Hoka offers it.

I like the Hoka sandals. I do wish the sandals were a little more stylish. I wear them around the house mostly.

The slides felt comfortable enough at first, but after only a month of moderate wear, they've started stretching and feeling looser fitting.

I purchase the shoe to give me support for my lower back pain. The shoe did not help with that.

I have several pairs of these for round the house. Generally work for me but there are wide variances in the fit and softness. One year I had to buy a size 13 to fit ( I'm a size 12) and two years later I had to get an 11. I've had a pair of these as well where one slide had a larger opening of my foot so one felt loose and the other fine. Too bad because conceptually they're a good sandal.

I returned them because they weren't as soft as the pair I bought 2-3 years ago. I don't know if Hoka changed the material but they just didn't have the awe factor, like walking on clouds, my first pair gave me when I put them on. Disappointed cuz I LOVE my old pair and I wanted a second pair.

Cannot wear without the shoes causing blisters.

The sandal alleviated my plantar fascitis pain so thats a plus but it gave me blisters on my pinky toes when walking around the house with them. I guess the plastic material its made out of was rubbing on my skin creating friction/blisters so I had to return them and get the thong sandals to allow for open toe.

They are very comfortable. But, I there is too much room between the upper part of the slide and my foot. So I end up curling my toes to hold them on when I walking around my house.
