Customer Reviews Hoka Ora Recovery Shoe

So soft on my sore feet. However, I have week ankles and have almost fallen a few times wearing these on uneven surfaces. Also the off white looks so dirty after only a few weeks.

I would give it 3.5 stars. The black one fits small comparing with my bondi 6. The left side cuts into my heel (enough to cause pain after wearing it for a few hours) but the right side fits fine. My bondi6 doesn't have this problem. In fact this is the first pair in my life that has this problem. Other than that it is very comfortable.

Very light.just didn't fit my foot that well.

This casual shoe is dressier than a running shoe and looks good with jeans. Support is not as good as with regular Hoka running shoes, but the shoe works to go to movies, casual dining or out shopping. Size runs a bit tight. The size is not consistent from color to color. The black shoe feels a size smaller than the same shoe in brown.

Very comfortable but with my foot sliding in the shoe side to side will only wear them around the house after work. Don't want to chance turning an ankle while out and about.

I work in a hospital and 10-12 hr shifts. The arches in the shoe are great but have caused my feet to be on fire after about 8 hrs. Still trying to break in. I think if I could return them I would

I really like these shoes but the fit is not good for me. They offer no half sizes and no wide widths. I purchased my normal size hoping they run wide but that is not the case. The shoe is also quite long, I have a good inch of extra space in front of my toe, the shoe is loose in the heel--it slips when walking, but then it is tight across the wide part of my feet. I would need a wide width and maybe even a half size smaller than my normal size for these to fit right, but that is not available in these shoes. Unfortunately!

These fit fine however they just didn't provide the support I wanted.

I loved the shoe but it did not fit. It was just way too big and floppy. The width was good because I have wide feet. The heel was way too loose

I have lived in my recovery sliders for the past two years and I thought I would try this new shoe that's supposed to be a recovery shoe. It does not feel like a recovery shoe at all. My feet hurt after wearing them for a short time. I will be returning them.

I love my Hoka sneakers, but was very disappointed in the Ora Recovery. I felt they were not up to the Hoka quality, and they were not true to size.

I thought these shoes would be a good option for me as they are supposed to be stabilizing . I do not find that to be the case. In fact, exact opposite. They are comfortable, but that does not meet my needs.

Not what I expected , not as the running shoes structure

I read all the reviews and its apparently too wide for medium show wearers but it is definitely not wide enough for wide width wearers. Also the strap over the top was the worst part. The width might have been able to work since the fabric is so flexible but the strap over top made it impossible to slide on even barefoot. Hopefully they come out with a different version soon because I love Hokas and have a ton fo their shows but this was just not working for me.

They do not have the same support or cushion in the heel. I ordered them in a nine and they were to big. I sent them back and the smaller size were delivered to someone else. When I call a new pair were sent out to me. Even with the smaller size they are still hard to keep on my feet.

I am a Hoka customer and have purchased plenty of shoes from this company. I love my recovery flip flops. I pretty much live in them. I ordered these shoes during the Pandemic when we could not return things easily and they came in my size 7... but, they are hug!. Seriously look like clown shoes when you put them on. They are still in the box. :-( That was a waste of money.

I wanted an indoor shoe or slipper as have torn knee and heel pain so no longer can go barefoot all day or painful. This helps some but not a lot and heel slips. I love other Hoka athletic shoes and others help a lot, so disappointed in this one and would not recommend.
