This is the only athletic shoe that works for me. I need a new pair every two months....that's how many miles I put on them.

My 4th pair of Stinson's. My feet remain comfortable throughout my 8-hour shifts on a med-surg floor.

The Stinson ATR5 is the BEST athletic shoe I have ever worn. Hands down. It is so cushy and comfortable right out of the box. My bunion area can get activated in the wrong shoes. With these I can walk for miles with no problem. They are lightweight and very stylish. I got the pair with the purple soles. LOVE them.

I received these shoes as a birthday gift, and I don't want to wear any others. They are comfortable and fashionable. I have a hammer toe, so many shoes are uncomfortable, but these have a roomy toe box, so it doesn't run my toe, and the soles are cushioned, so I have no pain on the sole of my foot. Thank you, Hoka!

I love the fit! The insole is SOOOO much more comfortable compared to the Challenger ATR that I have worn for years until they changed the insole which is like a piece of cardboard and makes my feet burn. I also love the color of this Stinson which is more versatile.

love the wide toe box

As I've aged, I no longer can wear regular hiking boots that fit high on my ankle. After rigorous research, I decided to give the Stinson ATR5 a try. Although it looks nothing like a hiking boot, it is super-comfortable for not only hiking, but dog walking, and everyday wear. My feet need support and cushioning, and this shoe performs better than I'd hoped. And it's also very cool-looking! Highly recommend!

I'm not a trail runner. I'm 67 and walk, hike (sometimes jog a little) everyday, and worked in the restaurant biz until Covid struck. I have a pair of Stinson ATR 5's that have been my everyday shoe (including for work) for years! Tho still functional, the tred and the look had worn down & both heel hoops came unloosened. Great shoes, but time for new ones. I went to Hoka's site and - what luck! - Stinson ATR 5's were on sale! I ordered a pair, waited a week, then got an email saying they were out of stock. Hmm...website still said 9 pairs left. So I ordered again. Same thing. Tried to report the problem (and hopefully get the discount on another shoe) but my email to customer service came back undeliverable. I called, and a fellow who was nice but seemed to be figuring everything out from a manual, finally said they were indeed sold out, but had nothing more to offer. I called an athletic shoe store in my town, they had my size in a Stinson ATR 6, which they assured me was every bit as good as ATR 5, I got fitted and found a half size up was more comfortable, and it was a delightful experience. Sales clerk told me to cut Hoka some covid slack; that they're doing the best they can with it. And I learned to SHOP LOCAL whenever I can, which adds the benefit of helping support people in my town, good for everyone here. Great shoes, but buy them in your town if you can. Same price as website.

I first tried Hoka for running, but I am a nurse and I also wear them during my 13 hour shifts. Very comfortable, great support for tired feet and legs.

I love these shoes. I have an ankle that is severely arthritic. These shoes make it possible for me to walk and play pickleball without pain

I love Stinson Hokas. The have changed over the years. I like the original ones that had an elastic band across the laces near the top to tuck the bows in and keep them out of the grasses and bushes. Also, these Stinson ATR 5's are a bit wider in the sole than earlier versions. But overall, they are still the best fit for me. Very comfortable and easy to be in all day long.

The Podiatrist recommended Hoka. They are great for walking.

Love, love, love these. I have been a runner for almost 20 years and these are the best shoes. I have worn this pair for about 6 years....I just keep replacing the Stinson when they wear out. Total support and cushion keep me out running without injuries and aches and pains.

My podiatrist prescribed HOKAs for me many years ago, and I've been wearing them ever since. The Stinsons are very comfortable and stable, and prevent my feet from supinating. I particularly like the gusseted tongue, which keeps it from moving around.

I use these shoes for aerobics, step aerobics, walking and running. I love the fit on my foot. The cushion was better than I expected. I love Hoka but I haven't found shoes that fit nice until now. I will buy them again.

Great cushioning, traction, and stability. I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes help alleviate the pain. I use them for trail hikes and running agility courses with my fur baby.

These shoes are so comfy for walking. They have so much cushion they sure make longs walks more comfortable. One thing is they do run wide so where good socks and buy your true size.
