I was nervous about trying this style, sight unseen, since Bondi seems to suit my needs. I ordered in a wide size and it's perfect. My Bondis were worn out and I was having a lot of knee pain and issues. So far, the Gaviotas are problem free. Roomy but not too roomy. I use orthotics in place of the Hoka insert. And like magic, knees are doing much better. Hokas are little expensive for my taste, but they keep proving worth it.

I work in healthcare in both a hospital setting and retail pharmacy setting. My feet/hips have never felt better. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who is on their feet for extended periods of time.

The shoes have helped with my foot soreness on long walks.

Use them for long walks and helps with less wear and tear on the joints. After getting the correct size work great.

Probably the most comfortable shoe I have ever run in! No shin splints, no joint pain! The first run I did in these almost made me cry tears of joy because they were so comfortable. Will be sticking with Hoka for my running needs now and forever. I've tried a ton of brands, I own a pair in every running shoe out there, and Hoka is what I will always reach for!!

Since my first purchase of this model, have stocked up especially since they've discontinued it. It has been the only show I've worn to avoid plantar issues. Also Got the leather LTR and have stocked up on that as well Please Hoka, bring the Gaviota 2 back!!

Very comfortable shoes. They offer wide sizes that are often hard to find. I bought another pair after wearing these for a few weeks!

Terrific padding, high/wide toebox, great colors, and good support for pronation. Had a pair of these shoes in TSA bin as I passed through airport security in July 2021 and agent said they were one of his favorite shoe. Mentioned he also worked in a running shoe store. Wish the new model 3 of this shoe had continued the wider toebox.

Im on my feet 8 hrs 7 to 12 days in a row. My job as a janitor requires me to stand, walk on concrete. The support I get from my Hoka shoes has helped tremendously. Will definately recommend to co workers. Thanks

After a severe ankle break I needed a stable pair of shoes for walking. These are SO comfortable I will be purchasing another pair for future use.

Great running shoe for us overpronators. Comfortable and supportive. As with most of Hoka's, runs narrower so have to order the wide size. Tongue is also sewn in, would prefer not. All in all my 1 of 2 Hokas of choice.

My feet were hurting and my foot doctor recommended Hoka. My feet don't hurt near as much now. Thanks Hoka

Great support and comfort!!

The sneakers are so comfortable. I add another insert, very bad pronation, and they are still confortable. I walk 3 miles 5 times a week.?

This product is great. The shoe feels great and looks great.

This is the third time I have bought the Gaviota 2. The first 2 times seem to be a different model. This newer one is far more comfortable. Fits well for my foot which is narrow at the heel and normal everywhere else. I also have flat feet. I wish they had more colors to choose from but otherwise this is a great shoe!

I would buy again next time.

I had broken my ankle and my doctor suggested I get a shoe with more support. That's why I tried these. They have been helpful.
