Let me start by stating that these recovery sandals are designed to be extremely comfortable. However, the sizing chart is a little off. If you order you running shoe to be slightly larger to allow for slide. Then you should order the sandals to be more to a size related more to the Adidas size chart.

My husband and I ordered these. They appear well made. But--as far as comfort, the foot bed bed is harder/rougher than we expected. We are returning them.

Still breaking them in. But are comfortable. Would be better if they were as soft as the bondi 6 that I love.

I bought them for vacation and I got bad back pains from the slides. I tried them a few times after that and got the same back pain. I am a big fan of Hoka, but this shoe didn't work out for me.

Every shoe I've bought in the last 15 years has been a size 13, sandals too! These just do not fit like a 13 and run narrow too

I wear size 10.5 in running shoes. The webpage recommended size 11 for the recovery slide. Size is extremely big and I guess I should have bought size 9. Now I really don't know what size to buy and is another risk to buy them again. I live abroad and there is no chance to send it back for an exchange.

I tried to wear this product as often as I could, they looked nice, but I have a high arch so when I wore the slides I stumbled all over the place my wife told me to take them off before I killed myself, also I have a very narrow foot and the slides irritated my little toes. Could

While o love the feel if you have a high top foot round than they wear on the sides and top of my Foot. Wil exchange for flip version. Wish they had a wide version size

I wear a 12D and I was looking forward to adding this recovery sandal to my collection. However, although it was fine lengthwise it was too large otherwise. I didn't want to have to wear socks with them.

I found the same pair of shoes as I ordered last time with a little different look, and a bit bigger although the same size. Recommended to me by my podiatrist.

The top was too loose. It allowed my foot to slip forward in the slide so that my fourth toe kept running into the rim Hoka built up around the sole. It's unfortunate as the sole for the slide was excellent super comfortable and just like the Bondi with a stiff rocker bottom forefoot great for hallux limitus.

Felt too large for my feet and could not keep them on. Nearly turned my ankle upon turning. I apologize, but at my age i cannot risk falling. I thought the shoe would be great when not wearing my tennis shoes. The style looks great. They are just not what I need at this time.

Not crazy about the style and walking in them. A little clunky. Probably a $25 slide at best.

I normally wear a 12, but it was just too big in these. Tried the 11s - still too big width-wise. Easily kicked off while walking. Super comfortable and wanted to like them, but just wouldn’t work for my narrow feet.

I would have preferred a woman's 8 wide or XX wide probably most preferable, but not offered. After talking to a very nice guy on customer service, I got a man's 7, which was on the narrow side and took a month of heating up with a blow drying and stretching and stretching to make wide enough but now it is wide enough. It was also too big (not width though), in the beginning, but if I moved my foot up to hit the arch then I did not have the cushy cush of the heel and if I moved my foot back into the heel, then the arch was in the ball of my foot. Another, I have with this shoe is the way it hits my little toes, and it has made one unbelievable sore and I can't wear these sandals without thick socks now. And yet another problem is the right shoe was a little twisted to the right coming out of the box, and now it is twisted even more and starting to hurt my foot more, however, the left one was not like this and still is fine. Even with all of these problems, it has helped my stabilize my foot, helped reduce pain in the heel somewhat, and enabled me to get around the house better. I can only imagine better results if I got a proper fit, but this is the best of what I could do with choices on the market and limited sizes in wide shoes for women. If this shoe came in a women's XX wide, I would buy a couple of pairs, but being the problems with these, if I can find something better meaning similar but better fit, then I will purchase something else. Note to customer service agent, what I read and said is correct if a woman is trying a man's shoe for width, there is a 1.5 size difference so I would need a 6.5 not a 7 and you do not have them in that size either. The man's size worked on this sandal but my heel does not hit the right spot, but now way would this work in a sneaker. But this sandal was worth a try and I was a bit desperate.

I loved the original recovery slides and would gladly pay the extra money for those to return. If you're a fan of the original, these are totally different in all the wrong ways. High arch makes for an extremely tight fit until they're broken in and still the comfort of the original has yet to come close. Still not bad for comfortable slides when broken in, just when you've worn the original it's hard to get over the difference. This version would make me give another company a chance

Love my 9.5 Rincons and 9 Clifton 6s, but the arch support/rocker was too much for me on these. It was fine when walking, plenty of heel cushion, but hurt when standing. I have medium to high arches, narrow feet, 6'2" 165lbs. The slides are wide, but that wasn't an issue. I tried the 8 first due to the reviews, but it was too small. The 9 was a better fit and true to size. I really wanted to like these, but the arch was just too much. It felt like standing on a hard foam roller with my mid-sole. There was no weight on my heels or toes. Going to try Oofos ...

My previous sandals were expensive John Varvitos slide sandals that were made entirely of leather and I wore them for literally 10 years. The Hoka is very comfortable and supportive in comparison, but unlike the Varvitos they make my feet sweat. For the price Hoka is very good, but if you can afford to spend over $100 on sandals then get something with leather. I bought a size 9 in the Hoka even though I usually wear size 10 in other brands, and they are nearly but not quite too snug of a fit. If they had a 9.5 they would probably be just right. Also, if you like wearing socks w/ your sandals, these will be tough to slip in and out of whereas leather is better for that.

Not at all "plush" feeling like the Hola Bondi 6. The slide has a rocking feeling when walking in them. I was hoping for that soft heel of the Bondi 6....not even close!

These slides did not work for me. Length is OK but the fit is way too loose, even with socks. They do not stay on my foot when walking. 3-stars overall because these are probably awesome if your foot has enough volume. (And 3-stars for style is probably being charitable, but i didn't buy them for looks.) Background: I have a narrow, low-volume foot with a medium arch (for reference, cycling shoes I'm in a Sidi 44.5 and Lange ski boots with a custom footbed are ideal). I've been running in Hoka's for about half a year, mostly to minimize cumulative impact injuries as I upped my mileage this summer. I figured the Hoka slides were worth checking out, for post-running, cycling, skiing.
