it is a slightly less expensive alternative to the beta. fits great and layers well. wish it had some armpit zips for a little more breathability. i wanted something very lightweight and easy to travel with and that's what I got. It fits really well - accommodates for my waist and wide hips - without having a super fitted feminine look to it.

J'adore ce manteau, je le porte pratiquement tous les jours, utile pour la randonne et le camping, et adapt pour la ville. Par contre, en suivant les instructions d'entretien, j'ai suivi la lettre les tapes dictes : Lavage en machine l'eau tide (40C); Rincer deux fois; Ne pas utiliser d'assouplissant; Faire tourner au sche-linge chaleur moyenne; Ne pas repasser; et le tour du capuchon s'est dcoll. La gaine qui permettait de le serrer pend maintenant de chaque cot du capuchon. Il n'est plus utilisable et je ne sais pas comment le rparer. Mon conseil : NE PAS METTRE LA SCHEUSE !!!!

Jacket is lightweight, great length, and good looking. Too snug in the shoulders for me (athletic build) in the medium. Sized up to large and overall too big especially body length and sleeves. Disappointed because the jacket is beautiful. Cannot speak to its waterproofness as I never got to try it out.

I bought this as a emergency rain jacket for my hikes and back backing trips. First time I wore it I was soaked right through. Second time again I was wet on the inside. It's a great windproof and very light but as for waterproof no good. I am disappointed as I wear a lot of Arcteryx and was confident this would be a great jacket.

I bought this three weeks ago, wore it less than five times. I bought this for hiking, especially in rainy days (Vancouver's Fall weather), because it said it's waterproof. The first two times I wore it in the rain for three to four hours, it's great, totally waterproof. I wore a thin down jacket underneath it, I felt warm and dry. Until today I wore it in the rain for 4.5 hours, it leaked in some areas. My shoulders and my upper back were wet, so did the down jacket. I felt chilly after the 16km hike. So disappointed

I had the Zeta LT jacket and it was so pricey, figured it would be quality. The zipper broke after a year of use and it started leaking through within a few months.
