Great fitting, light hiking jacket. Feels very durable for it's weight. Build quality is on point - just what you would expect from Arc. Has all the features you would want it a tiny package. It doesn't have pit zips but for the weight savings I don't mind. Got this jacket for my mum last year for the wet highlands of Scotland and it passed her test. Treated myself to one this year and so far it's exceeded expectations. Only thing I would change is the branding is a bit too in your face for me. I love the blackbird colour but didn't want to order yet another black jacket. Please consider more subtle branding like the blackbird.

I hate rain jackets. Hate them. This one is different - the material isn't all gross and crinkly, it's actually breathable (read: I didn't overheat just walking around town), and it's fitted enough that I don't feel like I'm wearing a giant garbage bag. I have wide hips and the XL just loose enough - I can easily layer up underneath if it's cold. Gore-Tex is only a bonus! I'm actually excited to keep wearing this jacket and can't wait to test it in a real downpour when hiking.

Awesome jacket for any adventure. Packs small and is super light. We all know the weather in the mountain changes without warning and this jacket lets you be prepared for anything without making any sacrifices.

I really love this jacket, it's lightweight, water-proof and quite warm for this thin material. I see it would be also easy to pack for emergency when hiking in case weather turns bad. I wonder though why many sizes are not available for online orders.

Just right for grown-up windbreaker/legit rain protection. Anticipate sleet and snow by end of summer and confident I will be prepared on above treelike hikes, early starts, and as season changes. Breathes nicely.

Really nice Jacket. I own one in brown color, that blends in with nature and it is very flattering. High quality material and zips. Broad hood. It would be nice if there were more pockets. Very lightweight, takes little space in a bag.

Love the bright colors, it's extremely light weight and I am so impressed by its permeability. I went through a waterfall (not by choice, loads of fun) and stayed 100% dry! I could not believe how well made this jacket is.

Love this jacket - wore it during rainy weather for several days while volunteering outside. Blocked the wind while breathable. I was able to layer a vest underneath to keep me warm. Received lots of compliments on the colour and fit. Only feedback would be regarding the velcro on the sleeves - seems cheap for such a quality garment otherwise. Also had to constantly adjust to take jacket on and off and "stuff" keeps getting caught in the velcro.

This is a great jacket but I was disappointed that the color looked a little more burnt orange online and in person it is just brown.

Impressed. I have an Alpha SV and I love it. But sometimes, it's just too much protection. Too hot. Too heavy. It does a ton of stuff well but a light shell is sometimes what you need. Enter the Zeta SL. It does everything I love about my SV but in a lighter package. It has less pockets(no inner and no sleeve) but the ones it does have, tend to go with the less intense, all day en devours that the SV sees. Right tool for the job. This protects you like you need, has the features that you need, but all at a cheaper price and lighter weight of the changing season's needs. Love the variety of colors! Everything you love from Arcteryx, minimal yet spot on.

Love this jacket. "Awesome" is a fun colour for Spring/Summer. I bought this not only for warmer weather hikes, but also for travel. I am 5'9" and the length is great. The design is very flattering...however the fit is slim so I won't be able to add too many layers. That said, I still feel the medium is A good fit. Didn't order a large so I can't comment on the difference between the two. Is you are undecided you might want to check both sizes.

As a Canadian in Ireland, rain is my biggest threat. This jacket has withstood all kinds of rain, sleet, and some flurries. This jacket is durable with any kind of activity and folds up into its hood when not in use. Keeps the heat in when hiking or walking on cooler days, layer-able and keeps me dry on my bike.

Got this jacket for rain protection as well as insulating for hiking and camping. It performs well. My only beef with Arcteryx products is that they are not designed for taller women. There are not a lot of choices for us with arcteryx. I had to order a large to get the sleeve length I needed, but what I really needed was a small.

Waterproof, great windbreaker but I am not a fan of the hood design. It cinches from ear to ear not from top to bottom as in the prior model and I have to wear a top bun to keep the visor out of my eyes.

I wanted this for biking but really isn’t a biking jacket. No underarm zippers etc. color was oranger than i thought. Medium was a little big for me. Otherwise well made as usual for Arcteryx, and would be good if not exercising a lot in it. Returned item. If going to spend this much need the perfect fit/design.
