These shoes are pretty cute but didn’t fit my feet properly. They felt narrow along the sides of my feet but loose on the heel. One shoe felt tighter than the other. I’ve never had to wear a “wide” shoe before. I ordered my usual, size 7. They were cute but for the price, I expect comfort.

I wear a 9.5M/B in just about every shoe. Occasionally, I may need a 10M/B if a closed toe shoe or bootie runs small. I ordered these in Navy in a 9.5M/B and didn't notice until it was too late that it is made on a European last (hence the 39, 40, 41, etc.). I have found any shoes that come in European sizes run short - not really a full size small, but definitely a half size smaller. My toes hit the end/top of the bootie so back they go. I did find them comfortable (except for the sizing), nice arch support and soft insole. Too bad these weren't a true US 9.5 size.

I love these booties. They are a great style and super comfortable except they are sock eaters. After wearing them a short time my socks are pulled down, twisted and uncomfortable. Im in the process of looking for the tightest socks possible in hopes of remedying this situation. I love the style and comfy padding.

The boots run small. At least a 1/2 size small. I am normally a 10, they didn't have the 10.5 so ordred an 11. Then the boots become to sloppy around th ankle and I felt like I was tromping in them trying to keep them on. Wore them for a full day inside, and sadly I am sending them back. The need to be smaller around the ankle too much room. I wore thick wool socks and still no help. The hunt continues for flat large toe box comfy boots. They are comfy on feet, just too sloppy to walk properly in. Maybe if the zipper went to the top of the boot?

I really liked them but one shoe was a bit small, and that is why I am returning.

I really love these shoes but I have some issues with the sizing. All of the reviews I’ve read about the Born brand said their shoes run big. I wear a size 10 which is what I ordered but when they came in, my toes were touching the end. Born doesn’t make a 10.5 (which irritates me to no end) so I exchanged for a size 11. When I tried them on they were huge. I sent them back and reordered another size 10 just to see if they would fit any different. I received them two days ago and…surprise…they fit! I love the shoe and am happy they fit but this leads me to believe that Born’s sizing is not very consistent.

These fit me well. I like how these have room in the toe box. I do wish the arch support was a little more and more cushion on the insole. I do have plantar fasciitis and these work well. I have worn them all day without heel pain. I would recommend these booties to others.

Super cute, need a larger size and seems they don't come in that size, will try another style. Why are there no 10.5?

Cute boots, ended up sending back, decided the heel was to high, kept sliding down and crunching my toes.

If you are thinking on wearing socks, go a full size up. I'm 6, ordered 6.5 and it was way too tight, no space for my toes, I first tried them with socks and it was impossible to get my feet in; at the end, my feet made it without socks, but got no space on the front of the shoe. The style is cool, fun and goes perfectly with skinny jeans; The opening of the shoe is wide and looks awkward with straight cut jeans.

These are adorable and it breaks my heart that they were uncomfortable. Narrow on me. I didn’t feel much arch support although the insole seems nicely padded, probably because they just didn’t fit me right. I wish they came in Wide. My feet are borderline width; I rarely have to buy Wide, but in this case it would have been necessary.

These are super cute boots but I disagree with other reviewers who suggested they are big. For context, I have a very high arch and my feet are average width. The booties feel a bit tight over my arches and perfect at the heel. I am typically between an 8 and an 8.5. Based on the reviews, I ordered an 8. I'm going to keep them but wish I had ordered the 8.5 so I can wear thicker socks. But! They did just arrive today so hopefully they will break in a little bit and make room for thicker socks. I do love them! The blue is not nearly as vibrant as in the picture, FYI.

I wear different sizes depending on shoe brand and style. So I ordered up with this Born boot. I have narrow heels so there is slippage but not so much room in the toe box. I think they will be fine when I find the right socks. Only issue was the left boot ate my sock! Funny that didn't really happen with right boot. But I have funny feet. Guess I better find a knee high ski sock so they will stay up! I did somehow get 2 water drops on the toe of one boot and now must figure out how to get that out. But other than these issues they are fairly comfortable.

Size was perfect, however, Born needs to make wide width shoes. I love these shoes so much, unfortunately they were just too narrow. And they need to work on arch support!

I love how soft these boots feel on my feet! The insoles are soft and supportive (not as supportive as orthodic insoles). The toe box is roomy but not too wide. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the heels are definitely too wide. I did size up a half size from my summer shoes, as I will be wearing heavy winter socks with these. But even with the winter socks, my heels lift a little in these boots. If the zipper went higher up the shaft, it might help - but is doesn't. The shoe opens up to a "V" above the zipper and ankle. I do love how comfortable these boots are - definitely a keeper.

I normally wear an 8 so that is what I ordered and it is at least 1/2 size too big.

A size to small and runs on my heel

These seem like really nice boots and are well made. They run much smaller than actual size. I would order up a half or whole size larger. They are really cute boots on but unfortunately I had to return them because they were too small.

These run a little short in the length. I am usually an 8, occasionally 8.5. I ordered the 8 and my toe hit the end so I am hoping to get an 8.5. They are super cute and I so appreciate the NO heel! I need flat shoes to keep my hip happy, and since the foam insole is removable, I think my orthotic insole will fit.

Very cute, but no support and too small for adding insoles. Also, color was not really gray, more taupe.

Very pleased - like their look

I love these boots. They were a little tight on the width, but I wore them around the house for an hour with a couple thick socks and now they are perfect. I have wide feet. The insoles are super soft and cushiony. They run true to size. I might have to get them in another color too.
