Adorable boot - will exchange for another size

These came mis-sized. I know that because I ordered the same boot in 2 different colors. Both boxes and both colors of boot stated the same size on them, but when you put the soles next to each other, heel to toe, the blue ones were about 3/4" smaller. (I didn't take photos. I just returned them). They were size 11.

I really wish these were a true size 11 since I cannot size up more than an 11. These fit more like a 10 or 10 1/2 and size 11 ALWAYS fits me. You can do better BORN.

Very cute and stylish. Very well made. Comfortable, however, they seem to run a big large. I am wearing some heavier socks with them and that helps. Can also adjust the ties/straps a bit, which helps.

Beautiful, flexible boot. Unfortunately seem to run a full size small. Soooo disappointed.

Nice boots but narrow innthe toe

I ordered two different styles, both in size 11. These ones had to go back because that fit like size 10's--my toes were touching the end! Cute though.

At first I thought the fit was small, but after wearing around the house for a few hours they became more comfortable. I think the leather gives a little making them more comfortable. The grey looks more like a very light faded brown, but I love the color and the shoe itself.

I really liked the style and quality of these boots, but unfortunately, they were way too big in the heel area, so if I would wear them for any amount of time, they would rub and cause blisters. I'm very disappointed, because the style is what I am looking for.

Suede looked worn and boot cut into my ankle at the wrong place.

Wanted to love these but the right boot felt larger than the left. Also I wish the zipper had come up higher for foot to feel more secure.

Love these boots and yes, too roomy in the heel (as reviews have stated) and have to return. Not sure a smaller size will work, yet I might try!

These are really cute and the sole is extremely comfortable… but with every step they dug into the lower part of my shin… no padding just skin and bones! I think if you had a heftier leg and ankle they would be just fine… unfortunately I returned…

Gorgeous shoe, but narrow fit. Not terribly comfortable.

I am returning these because the inside seam hits me on top of my foot which hurts. Very disappointed, I think they are really cute!

While the fit and overall style is to my liking… I find the height of the boot to be awkward. I have wide feet and skinny ankles and the top of the boot is so stiff and inches away from my legs. It painfully hits the base on my shins with every step. I will unhappily returning…

I really wanted to love these but the heel slip was a challenge. I could put in heel holders but decided to look for a book that has adjustable ties to avoid that and be more secure. The ties on these boots are NOT functional as there is a zipper in between any potential tightening. Ties are just for looks.

These boots are a very cute style. I ordered my usual size 8 medium but upon receipt I discovered that these 8’s were quite small. I returned them and ordered a size 9, which fit ok. The uppers are leather and I figured some breaking in would be necessary. One week later, they are fully broken in and I enjoy wearing them. The arch support is good, too. I am considering ordering another pair in a different color!

Really like the style of this shoe. I had to order a half size up as I couldn't get my foot into the shoe at my usual size. I have wide feel, but they do feel a little tight to me. I anticipate they will stretch out over time though.

I like these but don’t love them. They’re a little thin, and therefore not very warm. But they’re not roomy enough for thicker socks. They’re cute, but haven’t held up very considering the price and Born’s reputation. I used to have a pair of Born shoes that lasted for years, and these look pretty worn after just one season wearing them. Also the footbed isn’t very thick, so they don’t offer much arch support. Too bad.

I really like these, but they are more of a European 43 the a US 11. I did not realize this until the arrived and they are a bit to small. To bad they are really cute. I would suggest sizing up.

I have these in a moss green color and while I thought they looked good on my foot and with my pants, I returned them. They felt a little too low and loose for me, and I also didn't know how they would work in the wet weather we have. I am looking for leather now, and a little taller boot.

Love the style and fit. But the “gray” looks more like tan. A bit of a disappointment.

This is a great shoe, but not for my foot. I tried wearing them around the house but the heel never felt quite right. Cute, though.
