I have the Launch 4 shoes and they have been very comfortable. These are cute and very lightweight. In making them lighter weight, wascushioning removed? These made my big toe ache. I have never had a pair of running shoes do that before. They are going back.

I was looking at these for a few weeks and while I was hearing good reviews, I decided to purchase them. When I got them, they were snug, narrow, and the laces were really short! I could hardly tie them. Sad to say I had to return them!

These shoes feel very flat in the support area. I do like the shamrocks and green, and I’m keeping them as a shoe to wear when no running is involved or standing for long hours.

My second pair of these and they are so uncomfortable. Loved my first pair so much but for these I Had to buy inserts and still don't know if I'll be able to wear them. Felt like needs going through my feet after about 2 miles.

I would never recommend the shoes to anybody. I've had them for a little over a year and I keep trying them on in hopes that they will magically be better. But my right foot feels like it's moving sideways in the heel is falling through when working out and my toes go numb. I got a hold of the company when I first bought them but they were not much help at all. I am very disappointed and overall upset about the sneakers that I was so excited to get.

Laces different lengths, cheaply made. Returned them.

I've worn previous versions of the launch that fit well but this one is both small and large in the wrong places. My insole slips inside of them and the heel slips off. The rest of the shoe like the toebox and top and tight in comparison.

I loved the Launch 5's and bought several pairs. I'm sad to say this new version does not work. The top of my foot hurts abominably around the lacing. So frustrating. Sent them back.

Please bring back the Launch 5!! I've been wearing the Brooks Launch for years. It's the only shoe that had worked for my hard to fit feet. Something changed in this update that caused major foot pain. It seems like the are longer and more narrow. Very disappointed

I loved my Launch 5s so I was super excited to try these. However, I experienced a lot of discomfort on the top of my foot where the laces are. Unfortunately, this pain came on very quickly whether I was running or walking, and continued to linger for days after. I can't even wear these shoes for 10 minutes without feeling pain or discomfort. I would like to see something like the Launch 5s again!

These shoes are sparkly (glittery). This does not show up in the photo. They are also a grey/purple color along the edging. I was hoping for neutral colors when I purchased these, but they are definitely not neutral tones.

I have had so many pairs of the launch 4 and need a new pair. I've been putting it off since they no longer exist. Based on these reviews sounds like you need to bring back the 4!

I gave these sneakers 6 weeks. I can’t remember a more uncomfortable sneaker. I loved my Launch 5’s. The 6 is lower cut on the ankle (got used to that), but my feet just hurt after wearing them all day. I don’t know what the deal is. I can’t wait to take them off after having them on for several hours. I can’t believe this is a brooks shoe—they’ve been my go-to for years because they worked great for my foot type. What gives?! So disappointed.

This version of the Launch is really disappointing. I had 2s and 4s and thought they were both great. The 6 feels really heavy and clunky, not to mention that they pinch my feet on top near the laces. I took them on a few runs and tried to get used to them, but sadly, they remained as uncomfortable as my first impression. Honestly, I expect more from a running shoe. Do better next time, Brooks.

I have been running in Brooks Launch for a long time. I've had several versions, including three of the Launch 5s. I was training for the Chicago Marathon and had originally gotten a new pair of the 6s with just enough time to break them in for the marathon, however, they were super uncomfortable, pinching my feet from the laces. I noticed that the 5s are padded all the way through the tongue, but the 6s are not, which is what I think makes them so uncomfortable there. While the laces seemed to pinch my feet, my heels also felt loose in the back. I tried adjusting and readjusting and got them semi-decent to run in, but then a sharp pain in my foot came after my third run in them. I was super nervous about having to run the marathon in them. Luckily, I found a store that still had my size in the Launch 5 version and was able to get them in time for the marathon.

Bring back the Launch 2!!! Most supportive and by far comfortable shoe I've ever owned. I'm disappointed that I can't find a shoe similar to them.

I've loved this shoe since the Launch 2 for all my interval training workouts, but this update is unbearable. The toebox is way too narrow. Just walking around my house my pinkie toe was hitting the edge, so I realized there was no way I could even try a workout. Please go back to the drawing board for the 7s. Until then, I'll scour the Internet for old versions to stock up on.

I wear a size 12 M and these look ginormous compared to Brooks Revel 2. I know I have large feet but there's no need to make them appear larger than they are! The Brooks Revel 2 look good and fit good right out of the box. Thanks Zappos for giving me somewhere to buy footwear!

These shoes were considerably larger than my 2 pairs of Launch 5s of the same size. The width of the toe box was so wide that pulling the laces tight enough made the fabric pucker up. They looked like clown shoes. I also noticed that these shoes were made in China and my old 5s were made in Vietnam for what that's worth. The same thing happened with my old favorite Asics brand. They changed country of origin and the shoes were not the same quality.
