I was so excited to receive these shoes, but when they got here, one of the shoes applique wasn't on all the way! They're very comfortable and fit is excellent, but for the price I expect the shoes to be completely put together. I'm keeping them because they're low in stock and I love the look, but had to fix with some fabric glue before first wear!

I preferred the Launch 5 to the 6. I feel like the shoe has lost some integrity in its structure.

I loved, loved Brooks Launch 4 and 5. Loved as in I purchased the same pair of each style to save for later, thank goodness because the Launch 6 is a total disappointment. They are stiff, cheaply made, and the stringy stiff laces are too short. Not a total loss for Brooks though, I chose the Ravenna 10's as a replacement and am very happy. Brooks needs to re-work the Launch as the price point (compared to their other shoes) is very attractive.

Love the look of the shoe. But the insole is not the same as the other launch shoes. This shoe really hurts my feet. The other launch shoes were great and took away my plantar fasciitis. Now it's back with this shoe. Insole is so stiff.

Did not live up to expectations. I run approximately 10-15 miles per week. After a week of breaking them in on shorter runs/intervals, I ran 6.5 miles in these and experienced severe bruising under my big toenail. Great walking shoe but would not run in them again.

I LOVE the Launch 5 so I grabbed a pair of these as soon as they came out. It is a COMPLETE different shoe. It's like I'm wearing moon boots. They are wider and so much heavier than my 5s. I would have returned them, but I didn't go to wear them until my 5s were worn out and it was outside of the window. I can't wear these to the gym or for a run. If I didn't spend so much on them I would toss them, but I will use them as my yard work shoe.

2 stars simply for the American Flag print, but 0 stars for the shoe. The heel of the shoe is SO low it is uncomfortable to wear and as far as looks goes, it looks stupid because there isn't a running sock on the market that fits this low heeled running. I was sure I was going to love them, as I am a repeat buyer of the ghosts, but after wearing them for about 6 hours at work one day, I was done. Too bad I can't send them back. They were only worn outside in the garage and 4 or 5 steps on the curb to get into work that day. HORRIBLE SHOE. Love the print HATE the SHOE. If you're reading this and want a women's size 7 I have a pair for ya! Waste of money and space in my shoe closet.

I've had several pairs of Launch 5, but couldn't find them any more. I bought these online, and when I tried them on, they seemed kind of loose. Convinced it was my imagination, I went running in them, and they really are too big. They are labeled the same size as all the previous ones, so I don't know if they are counterfeit or what. Now I'm stuck with ill-fitting running shoes, until I can afford another pair.

I'm disappointed in this shoe. I loved the launch 5; how lightweight it was with the mesh and the level of cushioning it provided. The launch 6 sizing was different for me. I normally wear a 7.5, but when I ordered them, the were slipping on my feet so I sent them back for a size 7 which seem a little tight now and definitely not as comfortable as my launch 5. I was really hoping I had found my new "forever" sneaker because that's how much I loved the 5, but the new changes to the launch 6 are not working out for me. Launch 7 colors are terrible so I wasn't interested in trying them. If you had any 5's left, I would be buying them up!

I have worn launch for several years...have had 5 pair previous to the 6. The 6 fits different. They are slightly bigger and just more boxy feeling. They just aren't as good as the previous versions.

I have the launch shoes for almost a year . They r definitely light and good walking shoes around town but it hurts my feet when I was doing 2 miles run! The toe box is narrow and Just not enough cushioned but again you get what you paid for . I wouldn't recommend this as running shoes

I've been using the Launch for marathon training since the Launch 2 and this is definitely the worst version by far. My biggest complaint is that the collar lining is very fragile and has ripped due to my other show brushing against it occasionally when I run. I bought 4 pairs of these to last me through my training season and ALL EIGHT SHOES have ripped on the collar within just a few weeks of wearing them! Low quality. And as others have said, these are definitely clunkier and heavier than the previous models. They need to bring back the 3 or 4. Those were the days.

I found these to be uncomfortable. I have worn Brooks sneakers for several years and walk quite a bit. They hurt my feet and therefore I have returned them. They do not have enough support and are too tight in the foot bed.

the problem for me was that the sole was pale purple which was difficult to see online. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd known that! In fact my struggle is to find cross trainers with memory foam soles that aren't so flashy and colorful. I feel like I'm wearing neon signs on my feet; look at my feet! Look at my feet!. I'm older and not interested in a flashy shoe, just need good arch support and mem foam insole

Feel heavier than previous models. I loved 4 and 5 but this one feels clunkier and not as cushioning as my previous launch shoes. I had foot pain which I didn't have before. Bring back the older version styles please. Now I'm left looking for a new show.

So bummed with the 6's. They don't feel as flexible and responsive as the 3,4,5. They definitely feel almost clunkier to me. Please go back to the older style of the Launch shoes!

I've been in a monogamous relationship with the Launch since the 3, from speed work to marathons, but with the 6 I'm looking (sadly!!) for another shoe. They feel terrible. The laces and tongue are so narrow, I'm having terrible foot pain on the dorsal side of my arch because the edges of the tongue cut into my foot. The shoes, which used to fit like a glove, as if Brooks made them for my own foot, have a terrible fit now. They feel really big in width, in the toe box, and in the heel, except you can't tie them tighter because the laces and tongue hurt so much. Also, they're making my feet sweat like never before. I have two old pairs of Launch 5 that I'm trying to eek every mile from, hoping against hope that Brooks fixes the Launch. Just go back to the Launch 5, it was magnificent! Here's why we loved the Launch - great snug yet breathable fit, flexibility and speed, yet enough cushioning to go long. Launch 6 doesn't have it!

This is my fourth version of the Launch--having purchased the 3, 4, and 5 previously. I loved those versions but this new one does not work for me. I ordered the same size as always and the toe box is too wide and the shoe looks and feels sloppy on my foot. The 1/2 size smaller was too short for my foot. I am not at all happy with my purchase and will try to find another shoe that fits a bit better.

I have run in previous models of Launch for my past 7 marathons without any problems. I upgraded to the Launch 6 and have experienced more foot pain than I ever have with my runs. The increase material/padding in the forefront in the 6 has caused a lot of pain. I love the Old Glory shoe but will sadly be sending these back and ordering the 5 from another store.

Launch 6 in 071 is darker then the picture shown. These are not as comfortable as the Launch 5's. The toe part is really long and make them feel too big. Not comfortable at all.

I loved the Launch 5s, but ever since getting the launch 6s, something seemed off. The toe box is much larger, which is fine, but one of the shoes seemed to fit much larger than the other and I had to tie it extremely tight to make it even seen slightly right on my foot. The thing was though, they just weren't right. And my feet ACHED after I ran in these shoes. I went for a 5-mile run in these the other night and my feet ached so bad after. Two days later, I took my old Launch 5s out for a 9-mile run and had no pain after. Something is definitely not right about the fit of these shoes. Sadly, I'm going to have to return them and try to find a new running shoe that may or may not be Brooks. This makes me sad because I absolutely loved the look of these. The pink/purple combo was perfect for me.

Zappos didn’t include in the description that the shark ebony color had very shiny metallic thread woven in the grey body of the shoe. Eew. Too blingy. Going back.

I wish I had tried a pair on in the strore before ordering online. The back of the shoe doesn't come up high enough for me. It cuts into my Achilles tendon. I ordered the size I wear in other shoes but these seemed to run small for me.
