It's a great shoe but they run big. You only have 14 days to return or exchange

Too big, should have warned to order 1/2 size smaller. Comfortable though.

It said if you wear a half size then to go up in size so I did. They were huge! EXCHANGE POLICY IS HORRIBLE! Received shoes quickly after orderly them. Same day I emailed Hey Dudes to start my exchange process. They email me back with instructions. OK, I did it. Then I get an email saying they are receiving "a high volume of messages. Please expect a small delay." This was all on the day I received my shoes, Feb 19. It is now March 9th.

They are a lot lighter than I expected. Ive worn them a few times and they seem to be fairly comfortable. Definitely dont size up as I got an 8 where I normally wear an 8 1/2 and theyre still slightly too big. overall they seem pretty decent.

I didnt look close enough to see your shoes dont say dude across top of tongue. So you sell off brands of Dude shoes. Which website should let customers know.

The color was more faded than I thought it would be, but still a great pair of shoes!

I have not worn them yet as they were purchased for spring and summer wear. I do like them and I have tried them on. Very comfortable.

I loved the shoes but they were too large and I had even sized 1/2 down. I returned and ordered a complete size down and they fit but I had to get a different color because they were sold out.

So comfy love them!

They ran to small. I normally wear 8.5 got 9 they were to small.

Love them ..the shipping took forever that is my only complaint .

They are just what I wanted color is perfect,Other then they are alittle tight by my toes!

This would have been a 5 star review because these shoes are so comfortable and this isnt my first pair, but this pair did have a flaw and I sent an email about it. I got one back that said they had high volume and to be patient...2 weeks later I still havent heard back from them.

Love this shoe! Did not like the thing on the end of the laces but was able to untie and throw them away. So comfortable and easy to wear all day.

They are so comfy for the running around mom life

One shoe is wider than the other at the top. If I leave the elastic as is, one shoe is too wide. If I knot them, one is is too tight. If there was a way to adjust the elastic, that would be helpful

I love my new shoes. The only thing I would change is the warmth factor.

Stretched out more than expected after the first wear. Now they slip a little bit they are very comfortable!

Shoes are great! Unfortunately the shipping was very long due to confusion.

Stylish, comfortable, easy to put on and take off. True to size. I would like a little more cushion to the insole though.
