Wish I'd gotten a half size smaller.

The shoes are great but customer service is horrible, at best. Ordered the shoes and they still hadnt arrived after 2 weeks; emailed customer service and was told my order had been cancelled. THEN I get an email that my Dudes would arrive in a few days. I went to the mall, bought the Dudes and went on my merry way. About a week later, a brand new pair of Dudes show up in my mailbox. Aggravating.

They are great shoes but they do run a little small so I would size up about half a size. They arent horrible small but noticeable when you first put them on. I would order again just ordering a half size up. Still highly recommend.

Only 4 stars due to them not being completely true to size other than that spot on. Very light weight and comfortable shoes overall!

Had to exchange the these as they run big. Was unable to exchange for this style, but I am supper happy about that. I love the second better, which was the Wendy Halo. I think I wouldve been pleased with this style as well tho.

Theyre extremely comfortable, but the heel area is huge. I have narrow heels, so I put some heel pads in, and that helped. But theyre still large on me. I tie the shoe when I wear them, and when they stay tied, theyre great! I do recommend them, but because of the heel deal, I had to give them 4 stars.

I wish there was just a little bit more arch support.

I bought these dudes in the exact same size as my old ones, and my new ones are very noticeably bigger in size. Definitely still super comfy still but I have to wear thick socks with them.

so amazing! i only reason for 4 stars is they run small!

I ordered a size 7 in these, which is what size I wear in everything. They were HUGE so I returned them and ordered a size 6. It's clear that a 5 would be too small, but I'm going to have to buy inserts or get a thick sock liner to make these not slip off the back of my foot. They are very light and cushy which is nice.

Very comfy will be getting a second pair. Bought a 1/2 sz up from what I normally wear and they are too big but fit my daughter so its a win for her lol.

Its a great shoe but they run big. You only have 14 days to return or exchange
