I think the boots would have been okay until I realized they were previously worn multiple times it appears!!!! They’re sold out so no exchange. Zappos only offered me a $40 coupon for future use if I decided to keep. Pass. ??

Super cute boot I love the cut outs. Very comfortable and the neutral color goes with everything. I have narrow feet and these are snug on me. I can wear a thin wool sock (smart wool or similar) but they are tight when I do. I love these.

Size a half size up, they are pretttty tight. Style of boot is very cute!

I have been looking for this style of boot for quite some time, and although expensive, I am so glad I found these! I am usually a 6 1/2 or 7 and ordered a 7. These are narrow but I think going up hard a size wouldn’t help with that. I think the suede will loosen up and they’ll be fine. The zippers do make a sound when you walk, but it doesn’t bother me. They are a comfortable boot over all!

These booties are awesome! I wore them right out of the box and they felt great all day. They are just slightly narrow. I ordered my true size and they were just fine!

I ordered these booties to wear to several events over the upcoming holidays. I normally wear a 7 or 7-1/2 and the 7-1/2 is perfect as I feel Steve Madden runs a tad small. Also, these are perfect if you have a more narrow foot like I do. Just enough of a heel not to be a flat and not too high to be painful. The only drawback - they are a tad heavy - probably wouldn't be the best choice for a day of power shopping or sightseeing.

I love these booties. The suede is so sophisticated and I love the stacked heel. I have very high arches so I need a bit more support but they will be perfect for the average foot.

Love these boots! I wear them to work, or to go out. Very comfortable. I got them on sale, and am keeping an eye out for if they go on sale again. I would buy another pair.

I love these boots! The low cutout under the ankle both inside and outside gives them a sexy edgy vibe but they stay on and are easy on/off because of the zipper in the back. They do run narrow and it’s not because they are pointy as I have pumps that are pointy but are an 8 and I had to get a 9 in these. Most of my shoes are 8.5. The heel height is perfection as it gives a little lift but you aren’t going to be sore on the ball of your foot. No meaningful or noticeable arch support but the slight elevation is sufficient.

I love this pair of shoes! They are so comfy and true to size. They look great with pants or a dress and I’ve gotten so many compliments on them! There are brands that have a similar shoe but the Steve Madden ones are the best looking and highest quality in my opinion. Definitely buy these if you’re thinking about it’

A little snug at first but did stretch enough for increased comfort after wearing them around the house for a bit. Pair great with so many outfits! I love these!

This boot is really cute! The color is the same as shoes online. Great to wear out, however, if you plan to wear these for several hours, a no show sock is recommended as your toes are cramped and blisters occur after a while. Still a good boot!
