The shoes appear to be used and the zipper does not work

I ordered these twice, both times the shoes were not new. The second time they were clearly worn (scuffed bottoms and heels, dirt on the sides). Where is the quality control zappos? I am trying a new order one last time then I have to give up.

The material was defective - very cute shoe, but the pair looked they had been worn. Called and customer service was not exactly sympathetic. Cannot believe what poor quality.

The pictures do not depict the real thing . The suede on the top of the toe section is buffed down making the shoe look worn. Not a flattering look. Returned !!!

Love the shoes and great fit. Unfortunately Zappos sent me shoes that had clearly been worn before. Suede on both toes and heels were damaged. Very disappointing.
