I have sworn off uncomfortable shoes. I cleaned out all my uncomfortable shoes from my closet and will now only wear shoes that do not cause me pain! And these are shoes that I will wear. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I ordered them in a wide width because I wanted comfort, and the width was ample -- in fact, a little too ample. So I put inserts in the shoes, and they are now perfect! They are comfortable but not dowdy. The heel has enough height to be stylish but not painful. And the style makes me look like I'm still hip. (That phrase may have dated me!)

I had to return the size 7 I normally wear because of swollen feet issues. I ended up with an 8 instead but I think they really are true to size and the 7 would have fit if not for my feet issues. They are so comfortable - I've worn them two days now with no problems and I love the look. I have to give kudos to Zappos too. The initial order, return and 2nd order all happened within 5 days with no shipping charge. Nobody else does this - customer service is awesome!

I loved these boots, they were comfortable from the moment I put them on, no breaking in required. I am usually a 9W and that is what I ordered. I wore them shorter pants with them and it really looked good. Because of my wide with I only shop Zappos.

I wanted a bootie that was comfortable, stylish, and reasonably priced. This bootie fit the bill on all accounts! I would recommend this to a friend and definitely buy it again.

Comfortable shoe! So hard to find cute and comfortable in the same shoe! Felt true to size and the heel was not too high or too low. Cute with dress pants or jeans! My ankle is a little bigger than most, but this was a good fit for me.

I walk several miles a day in these boots at work and my feet never hurt!

I just love these boots! They are so cute and they fit really well. I fluctuate between a 5.5 and 6, so I bought both and will return the 6. The 5.5 felt a little tight at first, but after walking around for a few minutes I realized the 6 would slip too much and the 5.5 was perfect.
