Perfect fit and perfect comfort!

The right shoe rubbed my pinky toe, but neither shoe was tight. They felt loose actually. Also, the memory foam didn't seem to stretch to the edge of the toe box.

I don’t normally where a wide but I’ve developed a bunion and thought it might be more comfortable. Very nice looking shoe. It is a bit big but I think I’ll put a Dr Scholls insert in it and it should be fine.

These fit true to size and were very comfortable but I knocked off one star because I don't think they will hold up for more than one season. I wore them regularly throughout the winter and they look like they took a beating. Generally I try to buy shoes that last at least two years - hopefully many more. These are less expensive than most boots so I guess "you get what you pay for" rings true in this case. If I lived in a fair weather city, I would buy again.

Nice boot but my feet felt a little snug at first maybe I need to break in a bit !! Overall I think this boot you can dress up or down!!!:) with leggings or skinny jeans !! or casual pants either way I don’t think you will be disappointed!

I love the look of these, and I think they are great for a normal work day. I wanted to wear these on vacation, but I don't think they will be comfortable enough for that. I have normal to narrow feet, but they were a bit narrow near the toes even for me, so my foot rubbed on the side and were a bit uncomfortable at the end of the day. I'm considering trying it in a wide, but I'm waiting for the black to come back in stock! I am keeping these, but still on the lookout for long-term wear booties.

These fit very well; super comfortable. Heel just the right height. Liked them so much I ordered another pair in brown!

I am very pleased with the style/look of the boot. They are true to size. They are not uncomfortable, but I am used to wearing shoes with a little more padding. Still, I am pleased with the product.

I bought this in a wide width because I was tired of shoes pinching my toes. They are very roomy, so mission accomplished! They are cute and surprisingly comfortable for the heel height. I recommend these shoes.

It's a beautiful shoe but it was WAY to narrow for me. I say I would have a little wider than normal feet for my size but not hugely wide. This was very narrow for me.

Cute boots overall but they felt a half-size too large at least. As I found another pair I like more and that fit properly I'm sending these back.

The style was nice and the footbed was very comfortable. I am returning because the ankle was huge compared to the rest of the foot.

I usually take a wide shoe but this shoe was too wide even in a size that was 1/2 smaller than I usually wear.

I loved these booties in the picture. When I got them I was quite disappointed. The suede didnt seem like it would last. The boot made my feet seem even bigger than they are. The heel height created extra pressure at the ball of my foot. The memory foam cushion just seemed to disappear with any pressure. Sadly these are going back.

I really wanted to love these shoes but NO WAY could I fit my 7.5M foot into this 8W shoe. While reading the reviews on Zappos for this shoe, it seemed like this was going to be the one to fit. The shoe is very well designed and solid; I can see how they might be a challenge to keep clean with the Microsuede. They will be returned.

Clunky. Never became comfortable. Need a boot that feels good from day one.

Really disappointed. The style is so cute but there is zero support, so all weight is on the toe area. For this price, they shouldn’t hurt. Have to return. If they were cheaper, I might try to make do with shoe inserts (plural).
