Don't like pattern in person.

Credit card slots too narrow. Not a good fit.

Very DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!

I had to shove my credit cards and I literally fought with the credit cards to get them out. It was such a tight fit. Took 4 mins to get the cards out. Thank goodness I wasn't in line. Returned it.

I've had Riley wallets in the past, but something is wrong with this one. Its pockets for credit cards were defective. Very difficult to put in the cards, and almost impossible to take out. When I was shopping at the store and about to pay with a credit card, it wouldn't come out. What a panic! Cashier offered to help and finally barely was able to get it out. I've never had this problem with my previous wallets! I returned and lost out $10 by paying for shipping, since it was mailed to me with no shipping cost. Very disappointed with this wallet!

I really wanted to love this wallet, but if you put a single credit card in each of the slots, it will not close. This should be taken into account when designing the layout of the slots. Very disappointed.

This is a nicely designed wallet with plenty of space, however, once you add all your cards, it becomes very bulky and the one tiny snap closure does not hold up to the task. Mine ripped through the fabric in less than one day so now the wallet is useless.

It's a pretty wallet but very difficult to use. The bill compartment is too tight and the change pocket is small and awkward. If half of the card slots are used the wallet is too thick and hard to fasten closed. It also seems like it would show dirt and wear very easily. It's not a practical wallet. But I do love my Vera Bradley pocketbooks!

I have had one of these wallets for years and loved it. I ordered another and the snap would not stay closed. I called and explained-the customer service was great and they sent another. However, this one also does not stay closed totally. When I hold the wallet or jostles in my purse, it cannot be trusted to stay closed.

Once I received the item I did not like it. I have several Vera Bradley items that I am happy with. However this one just seemed too bulky. Once I tried to return I was surprised at the policy. Other stores don't charge you to return and make it much easier. This really makes me reconsider buying from Vera Bradley directly. I have bought Vera Bradley items from other retailers, they are cheaper and returns are easy and FREE. I am greatly disappointed using their website to purchase. I would suggest you buy from another retailer.

Snap is impossible. I am very disappointed that I spent money on this item. I wish I had bought the other small wallet

The wallet does not snap. closed. I am sending it back.

I am 77 and I am having a problem with the snaps.I don't think I am going to be able to use it. I have been buying VB for many years from many sources, both wallets and bags, and this is the first time I have had problems. I cannot return it. Since Covid-19 my daughter opens all packages outside and recycles the packaging immediately and long as it is the correct item and isn't broken.

I'm going to return this...it's just a snap and they're horrible..can't close and it's so tight my poor fingers can't even get a card out

I have used the small zip around wallet for a while and just wanted something new. Unfortunately I can't get that style anymore, so I ordered this. I don't see anything compact about it. It is just fat and overstuffed-looking with the same items from my zip around. It's not compact. I went back to my old wallet.

Not using product yet. It has a strong chemical odor. Hopefully the smell will dissipate within the time limit for returns. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I know I would enjoy using it if it didn't have that nasal irritating odor. Hence the one star rating.

I wanted a smaller wallet but the Riley didn't fit the bill.

I remember reading comments about Vera Bradley's first RFID products having a bad smell to them. I have no idea if the smell that hit me in the face when I opened my package was that same smell, or what, but it is awful! I kept it out of the package for a week to see if the smell would dissipate, but it did not. I had to return this wallet.
