I love all Vera Bradley and that's all I carry but this wallet was way too bulky after putting items in it and then couldn't get it closed. I didn't like the trifold either. Reminded me of a man's wallet. So I ordered the turn key wallet as that's is the one I always carry.

I really looked forward to this wallet arriving. It was to replace my very old Vera Bradley wallet! So disappointed when it arrived and the snap closure did not work. I contacted the company and tried to do what was asked in reporting a defective wallet. Unfortunately the company mailbox was full an not accepting and mail. After taking 5 pictures to send and discovered I could not send them, gave up and decided to chalk it up to big companies with expensive products, Too bad, I really liked the wallet.

Sorry it just wasn't the wallet for me, was much bulkier than expected because of the quilting which does make sense. I'd just never seen it in person as there's nowhere near me with a great Vera selection.

It doesn't stay fastened.

Just having problems with getting what I want. First purse too large and wallet was real small. Second order purse good but got a larger wallet

Pretty but so tight it is hard to get $ in it Or license out for ID purpose I'm hoping it loosen with use

I really wanted to like this wallet; however it is difficult to close as it is so stiff. The pockets for cards are too tight on the flap that has pockets on both sides so that it is nearly impossible to get the cards out. It would have been better to make the wallet a bit longer to allow more room for paper money as is too hard to get in and out.

Snap closure is not secure

Returned item since there was an issue with the snaps. Exchanged it for another wallet but snaps on that one were difficult to close too. That wallet was also returned. Received a credit for item but decided I wouldn't purchase another one. Disappointing!

I liked the old tri-fold wallet version better, it was held exactly what I needed and closed easily with one hand. This version, if you use both sides of the card holder then it becomes so tight you can't get any cards out and the two bill pockets and zipper pocket are excessive. This wallet is incredibly bulky and the snaps are cheap and don't close easily even when the wallet is completely empty!

Won't fit all my cards. Hard to close.

This the second wallet I recently bought. I thought when I received the seahorse wallet and it wouldn't snap shut it might have been a fluke. The Garden Grove wallet is very,very difficult to snap shut. Very disappointed.

Bulkier than I would of liked

I am going to return this wallet. I am very disappointed in its quality. It is next to impossible to close the wallet, and even on the two occasions I managed to do so it popped open.

I think it's too fat when I have cards in it.

Not happy the snap is very hard to close. The first one was broken not able to snap.

The billfold doesn't snap closed easily. I am waiting and hoping they will exchange it when the stores open again.

The snap doesn't want to close right so have a hard time trying to get the wallet closed and don't have to much items in the wallet creating the issue. Absolutely love the pattern thought. New favorite of mine.

I am sending this RFID Riley compact wallet. This wallet is beautiful just not large enough for me.

Bigger than I expected which is fine. The card holder flap will fit a lot of cards but if you fill it up it gets too tight to really get a card back out conveniently. Kind of a poor design really. I like the two buttons outside but they don't really snap correctly so I am never able to snap the wallet closed. Just disappointed. I love the sweetheart design though!

Really did not like how this works

Disappointed at the smell of the wallet. It must be something with the RFID.

Beautiful wallet. Leather zipper pull fell off after about 6weeks of usage.

I was changing from my larger wallet to my brand new small wallet. Just as I was finished the snap broke. One side is between the front and back fabric. I have it together with a hair tie

I will be returning the wallet. I am very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship compared to all the other VB products I gave purchased.
