I like them as they are narrow which is hard to find. I have just received this pair and walked the Appalachian trail well 41 miles. aand they held up well so far. The only problem is that I have tried to get the 608 v4 and they are no longer avaible and I found the new 608 seem to be shorter. I ordered size 10 first time and they were to short. I am wearing 10 1/2 a little big in the toe but okay for hiking. i am thinking of ordering the hiking boots just not sure of the size.

I've worn New Balance 608v4 for many years. When they were discontinued I bought the 608v5 and am greatly disappointed. They look nice and fit okay, but the cushioning I've loved about them is gone. You feel every step you take on concrete whereas the v4 was like walking on a pillow. After a day of shopping I come home with legs that ache. I don't understand why a company that has a good product finds the need to change it. Guess I'll have to start looking at other brands.

I should have ordered a x wide I like them but they fit to tight. I ordered a wide.

The shoes are a good fit. Going to stores I never can find wide shoes in stock that are the style I'm looking for. NB website is what I was looking for in styles and sizes

My NB 608's are my favorite. Light and comfortable my feet breathe easily and am good for miles of walking or running.

Bought this shoe for exercising. Fits well (4E), I buy all New Balance because most shoe companies do not care about people with WIDE feet or NARROW I imagine also.

I wear this product at my job as a restaurant server. I have purchased this shoe for years. I purchased another pair about a month ago. They are terrible. No support or cushioning. They already feel worn out. I am so disappointed in this purchase. I will not purchase a new balance product again. Not worth the money and I paid extra for 2 day shipping.
