I have been purchasing New Balance for years, not sure what has changed? Bought this pair in July 2021, stitching broke out in 6 months, I returned for a free exchange, have had new pair for 2 weeks, same stitching at front on both shoes has failed! Very disappointed, will be returning these too & changing brands.

Keep reordering same shoe because works great for me! Wide width is perfect and very true to size.

Been wearing 608's for years, this was my first V5 version. Don't know if the last used by New Balance changed or the material stretched, but the right foot is too wide after a week of wear. Where the tongue bottom connects to the shoe, the material bunches when I tie the laces.

10 EE fits perfectly. I've found over the years, that half a size too big is better than a right-on-the-mark size. And NBs fit perfectly and for me and arch support is perfect. I wear them about 80% of the time, except when boots are required.

I love white shoes but for some reason I order women's 11 WW and they come and they are a mens 11. Maybe I am doing something wrong but need to return these again. I love Zappos but this tennis shoe issue just isn't working right now.

I wear a size 15, so I am very happy to have found these available in my size. Good looking shoes at a very good price.

Perfect. Have purchased Nike Air Monarchs through Zappos and put 7500 miles on them running/walking over 4 years until I wore the souls off them. These new Balance are a fantastic shoe and fit like a glove. Love the support they provide. Texas is hard on shoes, but these seem to stand the test so far. These New Balance sneakers are the best fitting of any I’ve ever worn. I have narrow feet so having a medium width made a huge difference.

The shoes were purchased for my husband; he put them on and has had nothing but good things to say about them. Perfect fit - no Break-in" time that often occurs with a new pair of shoes.

I used this shoe for 3 weeks and there is a big hole on the bottom.

The shoes don’t have mesh that allows moisture to get through, which is nice for walking in grass or moist areas. The shoes, being all black with black soles, are also good to wear casually with jeans.
