I've depended on this shoe model for years. Please keep making them!

I love this style of New Balance. I have worn this style for 15+ years. They are great year round shoes. Because they are full leather uppers with no mesh that can get wet when it rains or snows.

I received my new shoes with one of the aglets (plastic piece on end of shoestring) damaged and hanging on by a thread. Rather than just send me a new pair of shoestrings to go with my new pair of shoes, they wanted me to return the shoes for a replacement. I realize this was a small thing and I could buy a pair of shoestrings, but it seems I should get what I paid for...a complete new pair of shoes. I love the shoes and didn't have time to return them; needed them for a trip, but I was disappointed with the customer service.

Yes, it is a sturdy shoe, but it feels heavy and I hope it becomes more flexible as I wear them. Not what I was expecting.

These are the ONLY tennis shoes I have worn in 10+ years! Enough said?

I have used this particular style for a few years now and find them very comfortable especially for someone in their 50s, for walking short or long distance. Plenty of room, they don't make your feet hot and very good for issues with one's feet, as in heals or toes. Highly recommend! Also I get a number of compliments on these particular sneakers.

These are the best shoes for my feet. I have arthritis in both of them so I need a comfortable fit..

they are so comfortable they are like slippers. i bought the 857 because a norther brand, made me feel like i was walking in herman munsters shoes. the 857 were tough on my heals and my arch was killing because of the arch bar. i went back to the 608 it,s lick silk it,s so comfortable . i will stay with 608,s for ever.

Shoe too heavy and clunky. Will return to local New Balance store.

I walk every morning at the local park. They fit well and last.

These are comfortable shoes and true to size. A very nice looking shoe also.

I use these primarily for my morning walks and stair exercises. Sometimes I'll wear them all day just because.

Before I got these, I'd tried several other name brands all of which wore out or came apart within 6 months. I've had these going on 3 years now and wear them every single day. The outsole still has a decent amount of tread on it and the upper is still in great shape. The only reason I'm looking to buy a new pair is, the insole cushioning is not what it used to be and aftermarket inserts don't work for me since the shoes fit perfectly and adding anything to the inside would detract from that.

i use the product everyday and i find the very comfortable and easy to wear.

Had my doubts about ordering online. But they were perfect! Would like to see more heel padding on the insole, small issue. Great brand, always get NewBalance never disappointed!!!

I have high arches, plantar fasciitis, and Achilles tendinitis and heal spur. Makes it feel better. Still need a different shoe soon

I have been wearing New Balance 608's for many years. I walk twice a day and they are perfect for me. I wear 61/2 wide and they are very comfortable. I have tried other New Balnce shoes for exercising(624) and they are also very good.

I have wide feet and the wide fits well. They are comfortable for long walks.

The wife absolutely loves them! She's very active and always struggles to find a shoe that doesn't cause pain at some point. Until now! She's found the one and loves them!

These were a big surprise how comfortable they were out of the box. I bought these to work the bases in softball. Purchased the same size as my plate shoes. Sizing was consistent.
