I've been buying the New Balance 608 (formerly 609) model tennis shoes for decades. The style is "me", and the fit & quality is always excellent.

Weight is what brought me back to this fine New Balance trainer shoe. 608v5, I have other New Balance shoes but at my age I always spend more time in my 608v5 New Balance trainers because of their lightweight and my old age. Their arch support is evident for it helps develop and keep my arches where they should be. My feet feel healthy. The only item needed for this fine shoe are Velcro straps for ease in tying for us old-timers.

I bought these for my job as a mail carrier and they are perfect. Excellent walking shoes, comfortable, with a non-slip outsole. I like the style too. I expect to buy more pairs of these in the future.

I find that I have much support and comfort in these shoes. I am on my feet for several hours at a time and they are very comfortable and supportive

I only wish these shoes came in 13 Narrow, women's size. Instead, I have to order men's size 11.5 and they are always too wide.

I wear these around the house. The white sole doesn't mark up carpets and floors.

Comfortable for my long walks of 7 to 9 miles. Great arch support, but also a really comfortable shoe. I'm elderly and really not able to do much athletically, but I can walk, and these shoes are great for that.

These are decent shoes for the price. The size was true (I wear an 11). The laces are very long, but seem to stay tied without having to add the "baby knot" to the bow. I would buy them again.

got these in size 8 (given that the new balance 574 fit me perfectly in size 8). At first fit I thought that I should've gotten the 8.5. the material (leather?) is certainly stiffer than that of the 574 so the first 2 days were spent breaking them in, and they are much more comfortable now, though still a little small, so if you fluctuate a .5 between sizes you may want to go for the bigger option. The support is great but not like walking on a cloud (probably for the better). It's a heavy shoe for heavy work and you may feel that heaviness for a bit if your exercise is closer to running. I also had to relace the shoes to give my feet more space.

This is my fourth pair of these. They are once again very comfortable. I highly recommend them

Hi I absolutely love new balance I've been a diabetic for 22 years and Ive wore new balance because of my neuropathy for 10 years. So I buy them every six months New balance has good support true to size I think that I've shown how much I like new balance by purchasing them every six months thank you for your product!!!

Returned these shoes two weeks ago. Felt weak construction and lack of support. I'm still waiting for my refund

I buy new balance because of a foot problem. They are the only sneaker that stopped the pain.

The shoes were ordered a half size larger as recommended. I have a problem with right big toe - needed room and I got it. Shoes have a very wide toe box so they were comfy. They are not very attractive due to the large toe box. I did feel at times I was flapping around in clown shoes. If you need a comfy shoe and not worried about the looks, it is fine.

Perfect for general sports and leisure, especially in this price category. The right fit for me was 1/2 size smaller than other NB sneakers.

I have a hard time to find shoes for my feet. These shoes are comfortable.
